I have a complaint against the *** store at *********************************************************** these employees that works at this location they or very rude to customers and they treat their customers like dirt !! Im and existing customers that been their since 5 years and they hired this girl name *********************** or ************************* every time me and my girlfriend gets mail or packages their they get some of our mail or packages and put them out side on the ground by the trash can and customers kept telling them that its and package outside by the trash can and the employees that works their gone tell all of the customers that not our package outside nor its none of our customers packages out their !!! So to keep down drama and mess at that store me and my girlfriend decided to close our mailbox on December 28th 2022 and go to another store to open up another mailbox so the manager at the store that we closed the mailbox at she go call around to all of the *** store in ********** and the manger Peaches Chez gone call to every *** store and tell them to not to open another mailbox for us!! And that is so wrong and its a shame of them!! And plus she gone lie to her assistant manager and tell lies on us that we had missed payments and never paid our mailbox on time and thats a lie we never missed a payment on your mailbox all she kept doing is telling lies to make their self look good to their assistant manager and general manager and the assistant manager and the general manager gone believe every word and lie they say! Instead of believing what their customers saying and trying to talk to the customer and get the real truth! So Im guessing that customers is not right about nothing or they dont believe anything what the customers or saying to them but Im gone leave it in gods hand cause god will fixed it and bring them to their knees cause god dont do ugly! but its another person that rent a mailbox at that store has the same first name as me but the last name spell differentBusiness response

I received a call from another of our ******* Store locations stating that a customer was there to open a mailbox but said they already had a mailbox at the ******* Highway location. The employee was following company policy by contacting me to ensure the customer's current mailbox was up to date in payments before proceeding with opening a new box, it was not up to date so I instructed her to not open a new mailbox for this person at her location. Once I saw the name of who it was, I recognized it immediately because this customer has frequently been unnecessarily accusatory and rude to my employees over the past few years. Later that day, this customer visited yet another ******* ********************** location to try to open a mailbox under a different name. I happened to be at that location at the time and explained to him why we would no longer offer him mailbox services. Later that afternoon, I had a message to contact this customer so I did, and again explained the reason for the decision but he continued to talk loudly over me, not allowing me to reply to any of his comments. As far as the package that was outside, P'Chez, store manager, told this customer that the ************ ************** delivered the package after hours and left it near the trashcan outside the front door of the store (as confirmed by video footage) but this customer refused to believe her and the customer continued to accuse my employees of tampering with his packages. Due to the poor treatment and frequent harassment of my employees by this customer, I decided that we will no longer hold a mailbox for him as is laid out in his signed mailbox agreement.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:******* chez and her assistant manager and general manager is telling lots of lies on ** that is not how it went my box was not up to date at that time is because I had called ******* Chez to let her no that her store was very rude and the new employee that works their is not right to customers all they does is roll their eyes at you and talk to every customer rude all the times its been times that we comes into the store and *********************** and ******* Chez or both talking rude to their customers!! So back to what I was saying the reason why my mailbox wasnt paid in December is because we had took enough of their mess and rudeness and I was waiting to my next income to come in so I can go to another *** store to open me and girlfriend another box at another location and ******* Chez to me that we have 30 days from the renewal date to pay my mailbox bill and I told her that I dont no longer wanting to rent another box their so on the 28th December thats when I received my January income cause Im disabled and on disability from suffering from a STROKE ! And before going back to peaches Chez store we instead going to another location first to open up another mailbox cause didnt anyone advise me that me and my girlfriend couldnt open up another mailbox at another store at that time all of this was made up after I decided to leave that location and open up another mailbox at another location they got mad because I wanted to leave them at that location where peaches chez at to go another *** location but before we can get a chance to open another mailbox ******* Chez had already called around to every store telling every manager a bunch of lies before we can even get a chance to open a new mailbox or talk to anybody about opening up a new mailbox! But the manager at the other store we went to told us that we had and mailbox open at another store and we had to close the other mailbox at the other store before opening a new mailbox their so thats what we did we left and went back to the store where peaches chez at and bought her the mailbox key and she didnt even asked us to pay her for the mailbox all she said to us was thats it your mailbox is closed and I said thats all and she said and I was never unnecessarily accusatory and rude to any of their customers I never gotten into it with anybody employees or anyone at that *** location i been a royal customer every since 5 years and never been rude to any of their employees their I have my hand recordings that I take with me each and every day and I have lots of recordings of peaches chez and *********************** talking rude to their customers I can let you here them if you like I do this every time I comes in that location cause many customers have been treated wrong at that location ! And I did try to go to another location because 2 stores refuse to open me up another *** mailbox so I went to another *** and before I can get their to open up another *** mailbox peaches chez has called them and told lies to stop me from getting a new *** mailbox and the assistant manager was their and she yelled out loud in the store Im front of all their customers saying DO NOT OPEN A MAILBOX FOR *************************** IF HE COMES IN THEIR! But me and my girlfriend was already in the stores hearing her call my whole name out loud and after that we left and ******* chez had gave me the assistant manager phone number so I had called and left and message for her to call me back and why we was their talking to her she didnt even tell us that she was the assistant manager but after talking with her over the phone the assistant manager kept getting very loud so we couldnt say anything she wouldnt let us talk or nothing all the assistant manager kept saying was if you dont let me talk I will hang up the phone in your face! I have her also recorded talking very rude to us over the phone she didnt allow the customer to say a word to her why we was trying to explain to her what happened! We couldnt get a word out ! Pluss the assistant manager told us that she had to do some investigation and she was gone get back to us in a few days buts its been new years and today is the 7th of January and she still havent gotten back to us at all ! Plus I also asked her to show me the camera or videos of all these lies your telling Im us or making up on us cause all these or straight lies their telling on us I would love to see paperwork of me being later on my mailbox cause I have every receipt since day one to prove I wasnt late and I was certainly will love to see all your cameras footage of me being rude to your employees! Cause I never have and never will I do not disrespect anybody I was raised better then that !! But please do to respect please let your customers get a word out over the phone let your customers explain things instead of you having all the say so over everything!! IF YOU WAS RAISED LIKE ME YOI WILL GIVE ANOTHER PERSON A CHANCE TO TALK AND APPOVE THEIR INNOCENTS and I wasnt talking loud I talk that way remember I had a stroke have someone ever had a stroke in your family then you will no how a stroke patient operates!! And ******* chez is lieing about everything my package was out for delivery that day and it was not after hour cause I keep track of my package and the same day it was out for delivery and I came in to pick up my packages so if it was after hours how did I get my packages that day from that location no ms ******* chez your lieing we came in that store and signed for that package!! So if your going to tell lies and make up lies tell and honest lies not make up false lies ! I have you recorded giving me my package that your employees placed on the ground outside by the trash can!! And yes I refuse to believe peaches chez cause she is telling a big lie the postal service didnt leave my package out side cause the same day it was out for delivery you all was open and the post office cause on your business hours cause me and my girlfriend and son came to the store and picked up the package so why tell lies back to what I was saying all peaches chez doing is making up lies and trying to make her self look good in front of the assistant manager and general manager thats all what it is ! And I no your lieing on me because I never accused anyone of tampering with my packages because every body I deals with and buy online with always tells me if any of my packages had been open or messed with to dont hesitate and send it right on back in the mail ti them!! I never accused anyone at that location of tampering with my packages if your saying I did please let me see your camera footage of me accusing your employees of tampering with my package! I would love to see that maam !!! And why or you all or lieing if your going to be honest and truthful please do not lie on us we have never harassed any one or anybody at that location I dont no where all the lies or coming from and why or your accusing us for something we didnt do we never harassed any of your customers if your saying you have cameras footage please let the BBB sees me or anyone harassing anyone at that location or business I promise you will not have any videos of me or my girlfriend harassing anybody at that store!! What you mean or what your trying to say is that you all have your self or you all employees harassing, bothering, and picking with other customers that comes in that store or *** location peaches chez works at like I said please show me videos of all these lies your making up please do I would love to see how this plays out!! So like it said before god do not like ugly ! And if you all can be honest with god I promise you he will sent you free!!!
