On November 12, 2024 we purchased a 2025 Chevrolet Silverado from Capitol Chevrolet in ******************. We are Massachusetts residents driving to ******* for the winter pulling a camper and our truck began having engine problems so we decided to purchase a new vehicle. Since that time we have been unable to register the vehicle in *************. We have gone through our insurance company and the MA RMV and were told we need an original title to register the vehicle. We immediately contacted the dealership and were told it was impossible to get the title as it would be sent got the lien holder. I called the lien holder and they stated it could take several months for them to get the title from the state. We continued to reach out to the dealership with no resolution. We have since passed our seven day ***** period to register the vehicle and are not able to legally drive the vehicle and are currently stranded in *****. I since called the ****** and was told that the dealership was required to provide a manufacturers certificate of origin. I immediately called the dealership and was told that they had never heard of that and would need to have someone from the back office get back to us. We are still waiting. I did make a complaint with Chevrolet and received the following text message from the dealership. At this point ************ I have done everything I know to do if you have any More concerns my General Managers name is ***** ****** & based on that survey you gave us I apparently did not do a good enough job with assisting you guys which I hold my self to a standard as it relates to **************** so I guess this is a teaching moment for me over 20 years in the car buisness this has been a first I did not know much about Massachusetts tag process I guess I need to learn especially seeing it has had this type of affect on my service. I apologize again that I failed you guys in this process.I hope everything works out for youCan you help.

Ive had brand new brakes and rotors installed by this company. I noticed my rims was producing a lot of brake dust and then noticed grinding sounds whenever I braked. So I then rubbed my hand across the front rotors and noticed a sharp in them. Capital Chevrolet replaced the brakes but turned the rotors. I am dissatisfied I shouldve received new rotors as well due to the defect of the brand new parts I received. The service advisor told the ** and service advisor that I wasnt pleased with not receiving new rotors and they said its not covered under warranty and its their brand new parts that was defected. I dont think they would have made that decision for every customer. It seem very discriminative. Its clear that its the companys fault not mine and it takes away from the life of my rotors being turned next time I need new brakes this is bad business! I want new rotors installed as I should since thats what I paid for!!!

My vehicle was brought in for service on a NHSTA Recall item. I also had the business to program two key pods(at my expense). I was told it would take three to four hours to complete the service. I received a text message as i left from the business as well (9:36AM).I text the business at 2:09PM concerning the status. At 2:21PM, I received a call from ****** stating my vehicle was ready. Upon arriving for pickup, I was asked by an employee(*****) the name of the person who helped me and my name. I informed ,I didnot know the person name and gave her my name. She walked over to a black female and attempted to give her the paperwork. She walked off. She then gave it to a young black male .Upon checking the charges, I was charged $22.48 for shop supplies, recycline and waste disposal. This was explained to be for the technicians using their tools.I inquired to the time of the completion of my vehicle. The black female yelled" its on the paper.Give him his keys and he can get his vehicle from the side of the building!".I had to walk outside in the rain to retrieve my vehicle. As a Disable Veteran and customer, first I shold not have been charged anything for a RECALL. Secondly, The customer service received appeared to be intinally to provoke a reaction. This incident should be investigated to the fullest extent possible concerning the charges and customer service.
