    I had a business account with ********************** and these jokers shut off my 5 lines for being less then 2 weeks late. I would expect this from prepaid but not postpaid. They refused to help me in anyway not even just for 2 days to get the money together. Then they refused to give me my number transfer PIN which is illegal and they know it. I brought those lines to them and they can't refuse to let me take them. Now i'm having problems logging into my accounts everywhere due to 2 factor verifacation and no access to that line. Beware of these scammers and law breakers. I will be filing a suite against them very soon. Go elsewhere people cus they will do you wrong. My reviews are highly watched on ****** so trust me, i'm telling you the truth.

    Spectrum is absolutely the most deceitful company I have ever worked with. They pulled us to their mobile services with their promotional offers to not approve them on technicality. They told us we could participate in a mobile buyout, that we have 3 months. They port over our numbers, next day I can't get into my other carrier account to get a copy of the bill. The carrier says they will mail it, then i get an email from spectrum we have 20 days now. I call the carrier, call spectrum, do what I can that's in my control. Now it's past those 20 days I don't have my bill from the other carrier so I can't submit the buyout form. I call to see if they will extend, and am told. "The policy is strict so sorry we can't do anything. That's why I recommend you get it before, but we don't have to tell you that it's your responsibility." Now I owe my carrier a large amount, no support to help pay from spectrum as sold and am genuinely in now a terrible position. Spectrum, could careless about their customers and I would urge anyone I talk to or anyone reading this to think twice and stay far away from spectrum.

    The ************* to get the mobile services from. Cancel my service in May 2024 and getting my bill in Jan 2025. Sent me to collections but no reply from the company when I asked them for my statement. Just stay away from Spectrum Mobile.

    Spectrum Mobile and Internet kept raised their prices. So I canceled last month which was a pain because you have to listen to endless sails pitches. Then, a month later, I get charged for my cell phone service even though my account shows $0.00 owed. Note, when I canceled my phones were fully paid off and the account was paid. I did the chat thing and the customer *** told me it wasn't a charge but a credit. When I told her that it shows as a charge in my bank account she said, "Oh, I have now sent a credit." So I asked why my credit card is still active. She says, "Auto pay and your credit card stays active for 60 days after your account is closed, so today your account is officially closed so come back in 60 days and cancel autopay!" I went round and round with her but got no where. So I have to wait 60 days to cancel autopay and cancel my card on the account. Also, I have to contact Spectrum Internet separately to cancel my card. Do yourself an favor and don't get their service. Your bills will go up every year and cancelling will be a pain in the ****,

    I switched from at@t to spectrum mobile and I am not pleased at all. The amount of times my calls drop, my mobile internet barely works and when it does, it's very slow. My calls drop at any time of the day. It's actually ridiculous. I'm definitely thinking about paying the extra to go back to at@t, their service was amazing. It was just pricey! Spectrum is a bit cheaper however, the connection sucks!

    On 12/2024 I upgraded my IPhone 14 Pro Max to the IPhone 15 Pro Max **** a 3 year plan. My 14 model was fully paid off and I asked the sales person if the $585.00 credit would be fully applied at the upgrade date he replied yes.On 12/22/25 I asked how much to pay off my 15 Pro Max and was stated $767.37 I asked why it was so much and the reply I received was that only $2.98 is applied toward the 14 Pro Max per month They flat out lied and it is extremely unethical

    At the time of setting up a new account I was informed that the $30 activation fee would be waved. It was not after some time speaking with a *** I received a $10 discount. So today my first autopay payment was processed and I didnt see the $5 discount applied to my account. I contacted ******************** ******* from *******. I asked for him to apply the $5 discount for autopay. ******* stated they ended that program. I informed ******* that its posted all over the internet and there are no end dates posted regarding the discount. If the sales person doesnt know that the program ended and is still using as a selling point it doesnt appear legit. In addition just ****** the autopay program discount for Spectrum. Its alive annd active so again promoting this to deceive consumers. I mentioned to ******* I would be posting this but didnt seem to care.

    My experience with spectrum mobile, internet, and home phone service has been the worst service I have received from any company. They are very inconsistent with pricing and service contracts. I have had a total of 6 to 8 routers and modems because of connectivity and speed issues. I had a phone that was stolen they wouldn't stop payment nor did they block the people from using it by properly suspending the service. it took about a year later to fix the issue while I was still paying for service on a stolen phone. Now that i am moving to another carrier they are refusing to unlock the phones that I have completed full payments on.

    Went into ** *************** store to get new phone activated for my mom. Waited, and finally **** called our name. He told us phone was locked and needed to return back to retailer where purchased. I left and went back, and phone was not locked! Returned and **** said phone was locked and he was getting ready to clock out, and he left. Thankfully, ****** stepped in, activated the phone, it was not locked, and proceeded to transfer all info over for my mom. 5 Stars for ****** and ????for ****!

    I order a phone and service on a promotion. I was told my bill would go up in a year to a certain price. Now they are raising it $17 more than I was promised. They are rude and try to act like you're lying to them yet, they say their customers come first...NOT TRUE.
