            I BOUGHT THE CAR ON ( 2/7/23) THROUGH HIM FROM THE ORIGINAL OWNER. ****** TOLD ME IT ONLY NEEDS TRANSMITION REGULATOR TO FIX IT. ONCE HE GET THE PART IT WILL TAKE ONE DAY TO FIX IT. SO ON ( 2/9/23) I PAID HIM $ 600 TO BUY THE PART. NOW FOR THE PAST THREE MONTHA HE DID NOT TOUCH THE CAR NOT EVEN ONCE. EVERY TIME I CALL HIM OR I STOP BY HE TELLS ME TONIGHT OR TOMOROW MORNING. IT'S GOING ON FOR THREE MONTHS SO FAR. SO I CALLED THE OLD OWNER OF THE CAR IS WHY HE SOLDED? HE TOLD ME IT'S BEEN SITTING IN HIS SHOP FOR WHOJE YEAR WITHOUT FIXIN IT?? SO, HE GAVE UP AND SOLDED. TODAY I WENT TO SEE THE CAR SAMETHING. NOTHONG has BEEN DONE BUT I FOUND ANOTHER CUSTOMER HAVE THE SAME ISSUES, HE TOOK THEIR MONEY FOR PARTS LAST JANUAREY OVER TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS AND STILL WAITING BUT HE WANTS FORTEEN HUNDRED IN ADVANCE FOR LABOR!!!! ANOTHER CUSTOMER CAME WITH THE SAME ISSUE HE GAVE HIM 600 DOLLARS AS DOWN PAMENT FOR A CAR TO BE FIXED BACK IN FEBUARERY

            Took my car to his shop in early June to have abs module and throttle body module installed,and module he ordered had a bad pump on it so he sent it back and got another one,I paid him $****+ dollars in all ,$***+ for parts and $***+ for labor,he was SUSPOSE to get my car back in shop that following Monday to replace abs pump he never did ,I called him every week twice a week to see when he gone get to my car and he always has an excuse,called him today 7/27/22 and now he's saying I have to pay him for the labor to replace the bad pump ,which I have already paid for the labor ,I refuse to pay him again, especially because the part you ordered was used and I didn't know he was ordering used parts ,I own a BMW and I told him I don't want used parts on my car ,so today he tells me file whatever complaint I wanna ,take him to court I don't care and then he tells me to come get my part and install it myself,which I don't have a problem with but he refuses to give me back some of the money for labor Ifni have to do it myself I just want him to finish the job I paid him for and not have to pay for the labor twice he's trying to get over in me,thank you
