Kenneth from BFP has been a fresh of breath air! He is ALWAYS polite, prompt and professional. This is THEE *********** of plumbing services. I can always count on BFP to take care of any concerns w/a jovial disposition. That starts w/Latavia (customer/admin services), Breck (manager/operations), Kenneth (superb technician). I was totally pleased with Ben Franklin tech. I could not be happier about his work. He came in, found the problem and was so willing to fix the problem. There ought to be more techs like him!!!Review from Pam H

Seth and Juan came out again and as usual they were fantastic. Another plumber did work before then long story short I've had some horrible un ethical people do work in my home. Seth and Juan have been such a big help and saved the day.Theyve worked with me. Today there was flooding ...pipe collapsed .long story short the previous person put the wrong pipes in ...One definitely has to do research and ask questions. Seth and Juan are a part of the family now as much as they've had to come repair what others have messed up. Thanks guysReview from John L

Seth was great! Best plumber ever, and, even better, just a good dude! Explained how to take care of my system and delay expensive repairs for further down the road. Jason did an excellent job. He was professional and prompt. I called at 8:00 and had an associate at my house in a hour. The swift service was greatly appreciated since I had not had water since yesterday.l was given the cost of service before the repair was started. Very satisfied with this company.Review from Paul R

This week I was physically threatened on my own property by an employee of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing owned by Breck S*****. The employee repeatedly said he wanted me to come outside so he could “beat” me. There is a witness, another employee. Despite reaching the owner for help and resolution, I received no response or support other than being told it was an HR matter, end of discussion. I have been advised that there is nothing legally I can do. But in civilized society, this kind of behavior is unacceptable. I believe that businesses must take responsibility for the actions of their employees while performing duties of their employment. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is an Authority Brands company. They have not been available to speak with me after several voicemails and attempts to reach Holly B**** in their customer service department.Review from Susan H
