This place is a rip off! Went for full upper denture and partial on bottom. They done x-rays and I told them I had been approved for $4,000 financing before I came. The lady at the front desk took it upon herself to get me approved for an additional 500 without even telling me. They were paid in full before they started on my mouth. Pulled all of my teeth and stuck an immediate denture in top and nothing on my bottom and rushed me out bleeding everywhere and then canceled my next appointment because the doctor was out of town. This was done on 06/03/24 and it's January 3rd and I have still not gotten my permanent upper denture or have any luck trying to get appointment to do so. Can't wear my denture because does not fit right and he left a piece of broken tooth in the top of my mouth. They don't answer the phone or call you back because they have already been paid and don't care about what you do or say to them. I want my money back or fix my mouth that you have been paid for in full!!!!!!Review from Donna M

I had new upper dentures and a lower partial done 7/24 Which cost was $945. I paid in full at time of service I was in hospital for 3 weeks during my stay my teeth got in trash. Hospital agreed to pay for me new set teeth. Submit invoice to hospital from Dixie Dental. Which hospital called to pay when they got invoice Dixie Dental took a second payment. The company Dixie Dental used to so call *********. My bank and I have tried to handle this problem because Office Manager told me it wasn't her problem. My bank/myself can't find a company that would us tells anything. They told us company who refund has to contact them with have business pins. So be beware Office Manager is very rude. if I was taking payment I would make sure that account had balance before taking second payment. I also worked companies we were taught make what the balance was. If my health continues to improve. They be court in 2025.Review from Frank L

A few years ago I visited a total of 5 Dentist regarding my dental issues. I ended up choosing Dixie Dental. I selected them for a few reasons. Yes, the price was better than some of the other quotes I had gotten but even though I need money just as bad as anyone else but my reason for choosing Dixie Dental had alot to do with the kind staff and the Dentists kindness and professionalism. I ended up having all of my teeth extracted at one time and then received my immediate denture.I highly recommend getting the Optimum Package as I did. Since I have had my initial Dental work done by them I have sent them SOO MANY people for their Dental needs. Out of everyone I sent to them there have been 5 people who had Full Dental Implants and 1 person who had 1 tooth implanted.I will keep referring people to Dixie Dental because I know the Dentist stand behind their word and they will take care of their patients.Hopefully one day I will be able to afford getting my Dentures Implanted.Review from Nancy J

I was sent to Dixie dental by a REAL dentist to have a repair on a partial. I sat there for 2 hrs at which time I told them I had to leave before dark.. I'm ******************************** rain at night. I was told to come back 7:30 a.m. where there were 15 or more patients waiting for the door to open at 8:00 a.m. I was also going to have new upper & lower partials done by Dixie Dental. They took impressions, when the partial came in, it did not fit. The dentist pushed it in, at which time it hit a ********** said, "take it out, take it out!" He left to take care of another patient, as I understood the technician, to extract a patients teeth. The technician made another ********* also did not fit. Another mold was made & it rocked ************* I sat in that chair for an hour or more while the technician made yet another mofd that was running down my throat so I immediately sat up at which time she "take a deep breath"! Well if I had stayed in that position, I would have chocked to death!! I was now pretty well covered with molding **************** from the technicians gloves. Technician went to ************ offered to extract a post from the cap that had broken, free of charge!!, he never came to look after the initial first partial did not fit.The repaired tooth, fell out again at which time I went to another REAL dentist to repair it & have new partials done by ********* Dental. I don't know how they can stay in business. It is nothing but a warehouse to have cheap work done & end up paying upfront for something you cannot even take. I have received a check from in the amount of $195 from *******************. I have written two letters & sent them to Dixie Dental to refund a portion or full refund for the amount I paid, just for the partials, for what I paid $769.00. I will not cash the check I received because I will take this to small claims court if they do not refund what I paid. I overheard an elderly lady complaining as well.

Went in and had 29 teeth extracted most were broken and chipped.My appointment was atc8:00am and finally left at 4:10 pm.I was not given a script for antibiotics or pain meds.Managed to keep bottom denture in for 24 hrs before pain got to bad.I called a few days later got a appointment,went in and after almost 2 hrs left still not being able to wear bottom denture.They made me a appointment for six week checkup.Went to checkup unable to wear bottom denture and they messed the denture up by cutting on the front of it.They then put the re-***** material in and used to much,so the denture just sits on the bottom gum.I was then told I would have to use extra adhesive which didn't help at all.The really bad part is cost ******* and God awful service.Still don't know if they are going to fix they mistakes.Review from Billie H

My sons teeth were all rotten. I begged him to get them pulled out and get dentures. We made a appointment after talking to several people and they referred us to Dixie Dental in ************, **. I went on line got a appt. They called me right back for making a appt. We hopped in the car drove an hour and a half to get there. They said what needed to be done and made a appt. to do it. They pulled 28 teeth. It was a all day thing. They gave him some meds and a few shots before doing his surgery. After they pulled the top teeth, they took a break and it was about a hour before they came back. Then they started on the bottom of his mouth. He ask for more shots or gas because he was in so much pain. The dr. **** he just had a couple more to pull. They put his first set of teeth in his mouth and told him to only take them out to clean and rinse his mouth out. I ask if I needed to come back and they said only if he had a problem with not healing. See you in six months for your second set of teeth. Since December 1 We have been trying to make a appt. I have left message after message. No one calls me back! Here it is almost time for him to get his second set of teeth and I cant get anyone to call us back. I even tried leaving a message on line and it had a message that they are not taking return appointments on line, at this time. I FEEL HELPLESS!!! DIXIE DENTAL IN SPANISH FORT IS THE WORST PLACE TO GO FOR DENTAL WORK. ITS BEEN OVER A YEAR AND MY DENTURES STILL DONT FIX RIGHT AFTER COUNTLESS ADJUSTMENTS. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AND DON”T RETURN PHONE CALLS. I HAVE BEEN CALLING AND LEAVING MESSAGES FOR 2 WEEKS TO NO AVAIL!!! BE WARNED THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!Review from Mark O.

I had all my teeth pulled about 30 of them went back because they did not fit right had the top dentures repaired they fit ok I have to use allot of glue the bottom dentures push my lip out so far I can't close my lips I can't wear them I have called and left messages I am going to try one last time before I hit a attorney's involved I have had to do this before to a car dealer to prove a point I payed for dentures that fit before u sat customer left satisfied u are mistaken I left wearing only top teeth because botom did not fit
