Mr. ****************** a Kioti package in June this year and called us after we left on the delivery day that the blinkers and the horn didn't work. We came out for free to replace the fuse that had blown since we want everyone to have a good experience getting their new Kioti. On October 5th, he called us and said that the tractor wouldn't start and was showing codes. I stated on the phone that for us to read those specific codes, we would have to plug into it. Warranty covers diagnostics, parts, and labor, but either the call dropped or Mr. ****** hung up before I could give him his options. We spoke again and we told him that he could either bring it to us or we could have someone pick it up for a small fee.Kioti only covers warranty expenses for parts and labor so any travel time or pickup would have to be charged. Mr. ****** refused to pay for his tractor to be picked up. On October 7th we spoke to Mr. ****** again to line up a pickup of his tractor and he stated that he had already fixed it by replacing the starter and requested that we pay for his new starter. Warranty will only pay for parts if they are OEM and installed by the dealer. We would love to have the opportunity to fix his tractor the correct way under warranty but he is refusing to speak with us to get it picked up.
