Need my septic system pumped out they only pumped out half of it not the rest did not complete the job I paid forCustomer response

They didnt completely pump the tank out as I was told it was B pumped out the job is not completed. I have pictures, but its too large to upload them to complete the job. I shouldnt have to pay full price again.

In response to the complaint made on September 16, 2024 regarding septic tank pumping for ******************************** Al:
BCSS was not able to fully empty the septic tank for Mr. ***** due to the solids in the tank being too hard and compacted to allow the tank to be emptied. We returned the next morning with a water receptacle and added water to the tank: we were able to break up the solids into small enough pieces so that the tank could be emptied properly. There was no additional charge for the second trip. Baldwin County Sewer Service did complete the job and the work was completed satisfactorily.

a subdivision sewer line busted in my front yard in November of 2022 and was repaired by Baldwin county sewer. they had to dig up a lot of my sodded front lawn to fix the issue. i was told that they would bring in lime to neutralize the raw sewer smell then bring in sand to help dry up the sewer then sod to date 6 months later and several phone calls to see when it was going to be done all i got was my name is on a waiting list for some part time landscaper to fix it...well after more phone calls i still get the same answer name on a list of a part time landscaper who works a full time other job and will get to it whenever. that snot good enough i told them they need to hire a full-time landscaper and get my lawn done after waiting 6 months.... totally unexpectable...a half a year later waiting to fix an issue.is not right... i want my lawn resodded as they said they would do....BUT I FEEL i need a soil sample taken to make sure there is no toxic stuff in my soil..... there has to be something there causing nothing to growBusiness response

We are truly sorry that it is taking so long to relandscape the right-of-way in front of your property, and we the landscaper is ready to work on it. After a sewer spill, BCSS vacuums excess liquid and puts lime disinfectant on the area, which helps to treat the area. We have conducted a soil test in the area, and we are waiting for the results. A customer ********************** representative called you and left a message yesterday to see if you want the landscaper to work on the area this week or if you want to wait for the test results, and she left a voice message.
