  We bought a travel trailer from Shoals on 10/22/22. We put the deposit on it on 10/18 since we couldn't drive from ******** until that weekend. On 10/22, we drove 8 hours to ******* to complete the sale. When we got there, the ads that were listed on their website and **Trader did not match the condition of the *** The ** looked immaculate on the listings, but 2 of the slides were out of line. One of the seals was pinched and torn in one of the slides which had resulted in a water leak and damage to some of the subfloor. There were soft spots in the floor in multiple areas. The soft floor under the slide made lots of screws fall out which caused the vinyl flooring to rip when the slide opened/closed. We were very close to backing out of the deal. **** (the financing guy we were dealing with) acted shocked and said he never saw any of this, but it was VERY obvious damage. He had his tech look at the issues and give an estimate of what it would cost to fix, then he knocked some money off the sale price and bought down the interest rate to save us money since we were having to fix things. We went ahead and bought it believing it would be worth it in the long run. Unfortunately, we keep finding undisclosed issues. They were also supposed to mail us some keys to the bins because they didn't have the proper ones. It has been 10 weeks and we have received nothing.We also haven't seen the title which they agreed to pay for. We keep calling and can never get ahold of ****, but we are told he is who we need to speak with. Everyone else says they will talk to him and see what's going on. No one calls us back and **** is always either running late, left early, or out for some reason. We have heard from **** one time since we drove off the lot and that was a month ago when he said it was on his desk ready to be mailed out that day. There is no communication or follow through! The trailer is just parked and unusable because we can't tag it or transfer it without a title.

  We bought a 5th wheel last March 2022 from ********************* at Shoals Rides and RV in *********, *******. We had many undisclosed problems with it including leaking black tank, which they said was fixed prior to delivery. Also, blown speakers, leveling system didnt work, and leaks in the walls. This 5th wheel was a 2018 Sabre.After many phone conversations and emails to ****, and the company, we have not received the tags for the ** or title. We decided to trade it in, in August 2022. The dealership that we dealt with in *********** on trading the 5th wheel in, took a chance and said theyd handle getting the title and tags. Still nothing from Shoals. Beware of this shady company! Im not sure how theyre still in business and were out of pocket 15+K because of the repairs and hit we took on the trade in. Not to mention, no tags or title and its been 8 months! This cant be legal.
