  In late November, I took my vehicle in for a diagnosis on a noise I was hearing on my front-end and to get my breakers/rotors replaced. I was told that the noise on my front end was from bad ball joints. The amount it would cost to get my front brakes/rotors replaced and my ball joints replaced was $1700. I was not willing to pay that much at the time. I waited 2 weeks and took my vehicle back to them to get the same job done. I even called before and let them know that I was not sure if my ball joints were the reason for the noise. I was assured this is the reason. As they were working on my car, I received a call that my control arm was cracked both also needed to be replaced at an extra $300. I was told my vehicle was finished being fixed, picked it up, and noticed that my brakes were making a screeching noise, and the noise under my front end was not resolved. I brought the vehicle in the very next day early that morning. The screeching noise from the brakes was fixed, and I was then told they knew the other problem was from a leaking strut. I asked if this would be replaced for free, and was told it would be an extra $700. I told them that I was coming to get my vehicle. To recap, I trusted this mechanical and was told that after $1700 my vehicle would be fixed. This was then increased to $2000 after needed a new control arm. After paying this amount, my problem was not resolved. I brought the vehicle back and was told I needed to pay an extra $700 to have it fixed, they would not cover this additional cost even after assuring me the original solutions would fix my problem. I essentially paid $2000 to have 2 things fixed that did not resolve my problem. I trusted this mechanics opinion, paid $2000, and my solution was not resolved. I asked how they did not see the leaking strut in the inital diagnosis, and he said it wasnt leaking. Then, I asked why he didn't mention it whenever they were replacing the ball joint and control arm. He had no response.
