Highly recommended. Vision Roofing is very customer-oriented, professional re: communication w/ my insurance carrier, patient and flexible re: my research and special materials requests, responsive to improving my attic ventilation flow, and economically gracious. Details: Our 8-year old, GAF "30yr Architectural Shingle" roof sustained hail damage on ~9/6/2024. This was unknown to me until Vision Roofing's rep, Joshua ****** inspected it with my permission in October and found the presence of wide-spread impact damage. This was confirmed and quantified by USAA's claims adjuster on Nov 2nd. Since no leaks were present and USAA's property claim settlement check was good for 12 mos, I decided to do some materials research over the winter holidays. Joshua provided color brochures from several manufacturers, then he provided actual shingle samples for color confirmation of my wife's choices. I decided to upgrade to a Class IV, impact-resistant, architectural shingle w/ embedded Copper granules for mold & streak resistance. This particular Copper containing shingle was not stocked by Vision's usual supplier. No problem for Joshua. He found it elsewhere on Jan 5th at just $8 per square over Vision's usual price. Vision then decided to absorb not only the materials price difference, but ALSO my insurance deductible. Done deal, and contract signed! On Feb 12th, all roofing materials were delivered to await a break in the winter weather. On Feb 19th, a very agile crew of 7 men and their Anglo-conversant crew-chief removed my old shingles, draped the shrubs and flowerbeds, and carefully cleaned up all nails and roof debris as they went. In only a day and a half they finished the entire job. At my request, they lengthened the ridge vents on my hip roof from 30ft to 45ft total to improve my attic ventilation and perfected the roof's appearance. To date, multiple heavy downpours and day-long drizzles have revealed no leaks upon attic inspections.

From start to finish Vision Roofing was on top of all details and easy to communicate with. They helped us work with our insurance company to get the project started. Lance was there to work with us to order the correct color shingle, to scheduling the job, to checking in on the crew that did the work. Gonzalo was the crew chief and worked with us to make sure flower beds around the house were not damaged, that the crew clean well as the job progressed, and that all details were taken care of. Lance worked well with our insurance company to process the payment. They did quality work, and made sure the best materials were used. My wife and I both highly recommend Vision Roofing to anyone needing a roof replaced in the future!

Randy and his team are incredible. They got the job done in a timely manor, and the outcome is fantastic. The attention do detail was superb. So thankful for the way their team handled all this work. The roof is wonderful, thank you all! Also, Susan, you are amazing! Thank you both so much!

I am not a fan of giving negative reviews; however, after many calls and attempts with Vision Roofing, I'm at a loss for my home repairs. The roof was completed, and the field rep, Kevin, was pleasant and provided many promises, yet they failed to follow up on services for repairing my siding and gutters. I spoke with the owner twice with promises to follow up, yet I still await a follow-up on my gutters. The gutter gentlemen who estimated the replacement of my gutters quoted me a price of $390+ more than what my insurance received as the official quote. My insurance at that point warned me that they were having difficulty coordinating efforts with Vision on my roof and had yet to receive updated information on my siding, a point I brought up both times I spoke with the owner and multiple with Kevin. A lot of blame was placed on insurance, which was not the case. In my last conversation with Randy, he stated he would address each concern (especially the inflated gutter replacement costs) and a concern with a questionable area on my replaced roof I informed him of (no one has come out to look at it yet). He stated I would receive a call within 30 minutes of our conversation...that was in January. I had better expectations for follow-through from Vision and honesty in pricing and no storytelling regarding my insurance (found to be dishonest from insurance; Vision said they provided info, insurance never received). Maybe I'm the 1 of 10 with a not-so-good experience, and conversations are pleasant...there is just no follow-up on what they've told me. I'm still waiting for my roof to be looked at post-replacement for an area of concern.

Randy and the Vision Roofing team were absolutely amazing! They were very helpful from the initial appointment, with the insurance company and through the entire process! The work performed was top notch and their crew was very professional. Thanks Vision Roofing!!
