I regret to say that my experience with the Rainbow Company has been far from satisfactory, and I cannot in good conscience recommend their program to anyone considering it. I was lured by the promise of a program that would potentially render the machine free of charge. My initial disappointment stemmed from the lackluster explanation of the program by the demo person. Critical details, such as the existence of 5 different time slots, including inconvenient options like 9 PM and 11 PM, were not adequately disclosed. Worse still, securing an appointment didn't guarantee a demo as there were limited available demo salespeople, often resulting in standby appointments which didn't count towards the required 12. The verification process proved to be another ordeal, with demos falsely credited until the end, providing a deceptive sense of progress. Flaws in the system led to disqualifications based on erroneous reasons, forcing me to research county records to substantiate claims and contest unjust rulings. The lack of consistency was evident as demo personnel changed frequently, with promises unfulfilled and commitments broken. Despite assurances of demos in my hometown due to the absence of family in my current city, the owner reneged on promises, citing convenience over commitment. The owner stated " I will not go to that demo because it is too far and I only went the first time because I knew it would be a sale". It was a false statement because he didn't know if he would actually sale the machine. Personal experiences with demos were equally disappointing, with tardiness and unpreparedness marred by missing attachments and delayed starts. Despite investing in 15 demos (over 19 hours) and facilitating sales totaling $10k, I fell short of the required 12 demos to get my machine free due to disqualifications and unmet promises. For those considering involvement, I urge you to explore alternative options to avoid similar disappointment and wasted efforts.
