    I am detailing my experience as a tenant at White’s Rental Properties, managed by ******** and **** ******, located at **** ******* ******* ** ******* ********* *****: 1. Air Conditioner Issue: • The air conditioning unit has malfunctioned multiple times, with the current outage lasting nearly a week, despite repeated requests for repair. • Communication and responses from ******** and **** ****** regarding the air conditioning issue have been inadequate and delayed. 2. Property Conditions: • Upon move-in, the property did not meet accessibility standards outlined in the lease agreement. • The storage building on the property was initially hazardous, containing snakes and garbage bags, which took several months to rectify despite repeated requests. 3. Landlord Communication and Conduct: • ******** and **** ****** have consistently avoided addressing my inquiries regarding my deposit refund or credit, despite my efforts to seek clarification, as I have already paid rent for the month. • When pressed for answers, ******** stated she would not engage in such discussions, leaving me without recourse. • They have failed to provide a livable or stable, healthy environment. Despite the lease stating issues are the tenant’s responsibility if caused by the tenant, the air conditioning, which is not my problem, has not been fixed even after the initial technician visit, with ******** waiting two days to order the part and showing no compassion or understanding for anyone but herself.

    ****** signed a lease with the last name as ****. I am assuming this is who made the complaint. The issue with ****** **** was never ongoing. Customer HVAC unit broke down and I had the repair guy out and they fixed it. It broke down again and the repair company advised that the system would need to have a coil replaced but I can put freon in the unit until then. I let the company put freon in it and order the part for the unit to be fixed. The company advised me that ****** **** continued to call them and spoke with different people regarding when the unit will be fixed. I educated her that things break down and we will have it fixed as soon as the part came in and we did. ****** unit was fixed the next week. ****** **** has also moved since then and is no longer a tenant. I am not sure why she said her last name is ******.
