    Excellent stay and wonderful ownership. I'll see y'all again when that wonderful pool opens. The yard is so large, and easy access for a pet or kids to play.

    They just changed check out date to day earlier on my son then claimed because he didn’t check out on time they were taking his 150 dollar deposit. Place is also all cash. Place is infested with bedbugs, roaches to name a few.

    Our hotel check in time is 3 p.m. per our receipt we emailed Mr. tony b*********'s mother the date of check in was February 4th 7;56 am and was due to check out on march 4th 11:00 a.m. which he refused to check out after being told multiple times with his refusal to check out we had to call the cops. our policy clearly states check out is by 11 am or the deposit will be revoked. A copy of our policy was also provided to his mother via email. Our housekeeper was also delayed and had to stay late to clean there room .

    This place is deplorable I have spent 1000's of dollars here the last time I stayed here I got ate up with bed bugs and they wouldn't move me until after I complained twice to add insult to injury when I went to check out they said there was a stain on the comforter and charged me 95 dollars out of my 150 dollar deposit they never could show me the stain I feel this is fraudulent I feel if anything they owed me money for the bed bug bites after all the money I spent and to be treated this way is deplorable.

    Mrs. C******* checked in at our hotel on 1/19/24 into room 210 and checked out of room 210 on 2/20/24. She was shown all of the stained items she was being charged for and was told she can keep them and she was returned $55 back from her deposit after the charges. This isnt the first time Mrs. c******* has stained or left the room filthy. She has also stayed in room 205 and when she checked out of that room it was also filthy and the linens were stained including the mattress cover, her deposit was revoked for that room. Before that she has stayed in room 202 and she had to pay $25 for stained linens from that room before she was moved to 205. She is aware of our hotel policy and has stated she understands the charges and has even apologized for staining our stuff. This time when she checked out she made inappropriate slurrs and threats to my employee before she left. We have evidence of any stained linens or damages done to the rooms after guests checkout. She made a scene in the lobby yelling and cussing and making threats to call the police and that she is going to report us to the BBB
