Rude, impatient, and unprofessional. This company, who once demonstrated kindness and compassion, has progressively deteriorated. Demonstrated repeated harassment via phone calls and unsolicited arrival on my doorstep, as well as distasteful remarks and body language when asked to leave. This behavior should not be tolerated from any business. They must be experiencing financial strain to pursue such desperate measures. Very sad.

Chloe, as we stated in reply to your one-star Google Review, we feel that we have shown great patience, professionalism, and empathy in our interactions with you. We tried reaching out to you multiple times via phone to work out a payment plan for the money you owed us. If you had picked up our phone calls we would have been more than happy to work something out with you without having to drop by your home. When we don't receive a single call back or form of communication about payment, we always drop by the home to see you in person in case your phone has been changed. This is standard protocol for every customer who has an outstanding balance and has not been able to be reached via phone. The driver who visited your home was nothing short of professional and compassionate toward you. As far as the financial strain is concerned, businesses require payment for the services they provide. Otherwise, they wouldn't be able to operate. We gave you a five-month grace period to pay off the money that was owed for the gas that kept you and your family warm all winter, especially during the negative temperatures Arkansas experienced at the end of December 2022. Other utility companies such as electric and water would have shut off your services for non-payment no matter what the circumstances. We hope this reply sheds light on the full situation that seems to have changed your opinion on us as a company

I got the tank and a line to my generator done. I find out a few months later that they did not make sure that the generator was ready for LP, didn't install a manual emergency turn off near the generator, there was supposed to be a secondary fuel pressure regulator, and there is no sediment trap. It isn't like I know this stuff, I got the generator to be a back up to my house's power during storms or downed trees across the lines. I live way up in the mountains. Finding out months later, I am glad that I did not turn it on before double checking everything and having an electrician connect it up the the house. I did not know that the generator needed to be configured to accept LP before hooking it up. The installers, as explained to me by generator seller, should have checked to make sure the generator was ready for LP before connecting the propane. Also, without the previously mentioned equipment on the line, and this is for anything attached to propane, it puts the equipment in danger of failing and causing a propane explosion. This scares me, since I have already had another company wire up a solar system I had bought wrong and nearly burned down my house as I didn't know that the wiring was arcing in the meter box from the power being fed back into the grid, I had to take that to the AG as it was a shell company for another company already under investigation.
