Everything about this business is dishonest and mediocre at best. They will act nice enough to try and make a sale but that's where anything nice will end. The service department is the worst I've ever encountered...it's pathetic. I have a warranty. They know I have a warranty but they try to avoid the fact that the warranty even exists. They try to find reasons to charge you and push you out the door. If you enjoy someone trying to argue with you on the phone like you're ignorant than be my guest and call them. They will not look for the root cause of the problem in your vehicle. They don't want to do any warranty work. The place is an absolute nightmare. We will not ever do any type of business with them ever.Review from Marty M

Red River Dodge in Heber Springs told us multiple times they would install the fifth wheel from the old truck we traded in with them into the truck we had bought from them. Multiple times they pushed back the date of installing the fifth wheel. For almost four months. They had almost four months to install it and kept pushing it back. They lied and avoided and were unhelpful in the situation. The truck was traded in and we went to get the fifth wheel back because we were tired of fighting with them. When we arrived to pick it up they didn’t have it. They had loaned it out. We waited 40+ minutes for the person who had it to return it. They did not have our permission to loan it out. They did not inform us they were loaning PERSONAL property out. In the four months they had it they more than likely loaned it out more then the one time without us having any knowledge of the fact. When they were called out on what they had done and had it asked if they made it a practice to loan out customers personal items they just laughed and avoided us until the item was returned. They were rude, unhelpful, lied, and cared little to none for a customers personal belongings.
