Just had our roof replaced by Keith's Roofing. An outstanding outcome. I have an older home, built in 1905. Was concerned about blending old with new materials. That concerned was quickly well satisfied. Needed a lot of decking replaced due to old roofing not done correctly 25 years ago, before we bought the house. This was explained to me as the work progressed. I wanted this roof done correctly and that is what happened. The crew was considerate of the property, and very courteous. The foreman was extremely helpful and cared that we were satisfied all through the process as well as the owners of the company. The value was excellent, as well as the work done. This is an established company and I know they will stand behind their work.

I am very disappointed that after being a loyal customer for two roof replacements & referring neighbors to use Keith (even posting our good past experience on social media) that Keith has not cared enough to return our calls, address our concern with the gutter, come through on the senior discount he promised & advertises in the paper, & even left us waiting on two separate days all day when he said he was coming, but didn’t show up. His complete lack of response is beyond our ability to comprehend. THE DETAIL: This past year after a hailstorm, we hired Keith’s Roofing to install a new roof & replace our gutter covers. He had also replaced our roof & complete gutter system back in 2018. When the shingles were completed this time, I noticed an issue with the gutter down spout on the right side of the garage. It was disconnected & rain poured from it. I noticed scratches on it also. My brother put the gutter down-spout back together. Once the covers were installed, Keith called to say he was bringing the final invoice out, I mentioned the gutter slope issue I was seeing. His response, “gutters are supposed to slope”. I had hoped to show him the damage & issue when he arrived. I also asked if he had included the senior discount in the final invoice. He said he had. Although I waited all day, he never came. I called the next day, but he never returned my call. Since his FIRST no-show we received a “final invoice – that said Past Due” in the mail (with no senior discount listed by the way). It was then my husband attempted to contact Keith. He told my husband he would come out the week of January 1st – 5th to address our concerns. He called on the 2nd & told us to call him on the morning of the 3rd as he would be out that day. We called three times and waited all day. He never showed up. Today is January 11th. No response from Keith. His lack of response to us has been extremely stressful & disappointing.

They were initially awesome to work with, until it came time to do the work. The roofing crew just shingled over an obvious dip close to the crest of the roof. They were there 12 hours that day. There's no way they didn't see it. They had to come back and fix it the next day. They removed the gutter screens and left several of them thrown on the ground at the back of the house. I'm still finding roofing nails in my yard, and on my driveway. After they finished our Direct TV wasn't working and we couldn't fix it from the trouble shooting menu. We thought maybe it just needed to be recalibrated. Direct TV sent a service rep. Come to find out when they moved the satellite dish to do that part of the roof they bent it. Instead of saying anything they just put it back where it was. Called the business answering service days ago, no response.
