This business should be investigated for fraud. They take your money. They have zero integrity. When you ask where your parts are they give you the fake “we are concerned” routine but they will not help you.Review from Jeff S

Today marks the 2 year anniversary of me sending them $1056 for a steering kit that I never received. I’ve emailed roughly 6 times, always getting an excuse. Today I requested a refund but it seems from other reviews that’s unlikely without legal action. If anyone who got scammed is interested in getting involved in the lawsuit I will post details as they become available. Not that I’ve ever had a lot of faith in people but you just try and support a small business, and give them the benefit of the doubt… ehh I’m not mad, I’m just disappointed.Review from James D

I ordered parts to our truck August 31 , I email several times, to updates they email me back ,as on production. ?? I ask when will be finish answer still on production. So i request to cancel after going thru this and report to my credit card October 9 2023 , 6 weeks after . Now here comes sad and scam part. They will keep the money, and no intention of delivering the item after 9 weeks , add on they will charges me restocking feeReview from Dean C

I placed my order in March of 2022 and still have not received any of the parts. I would email every few months asking for an update and they would only occasionally reply with the excuse of awaiting parts and supplies. My attempt to cancel the order and receive a refund after waiting 18 months was denied, and they provided no work status updates. There is a lawsuit filed by the Arkansas attorney general against Dodge off road for their violations of the Deceptive Trade Practices Act.Review from Dustin V

I read a bunch of reviews and seen nothing but shitty reviews. But had a buddy that ordered a kit from them without an issue and after looking at the parts I really liked the quality so I said screw it and ordered a complete 5th gen steering linkage upgrade kit for $1,144.02 on 3/26/21 and still have not received anything! I have emailed them trying to resolve this without giving them a hard time but they won’t reply or communicate so I’m finding out what I have to do to take legal action! There are other companies that build great products so don’t order from dodge off road!!!Review from Sterling H

It's been over 3 months for a $300.00 bracket. They won't tell me when it will ship or if they even have the metal to weld it together. It's an easy part to make. They won't give me a refund either.Review from Ryan C

After reading others reviews I realized the same thing was happening to me, I ordered my steering linkage in early May and I was told it would be 4 weeks. It’s been 8 weeks without anyone responding to my messages in the last 2 weeks. I’m not letting this go on any further and submitted a credit card report for a refund for not receiving item that was promised. Buyer BewareReview from Keith A

I placed an order with them on 5/21/2021 for an 2nd gen front end upgrade kit, steering stabilizer, low mount bracket, sway bar end links. I recieved the steering stabilizer & track bar everything else I still waiting on. Most likely will never see it. They are theifs and need to have a civil suit brought against them. My lawyer is going to make the next move.Review from Kim M

This company has been this way since 2011 when I ordered a track bar in January and received it in May.It's a shame because they offer high quality parts.I would order today if they didn't have so many complaints.The main issue that I can't accept is they don't answer the phone and they send auto generated emails
