This place is a joke me and my wife did a deal over social media we were approved for two vehicles. One had around 50-60k on the mileage and the other 72k miles when we got there one was sold and the other one we never saw it they had anther one parked in front but with bigger wheel and way more miles 92k to be exact I told the sales guy he said oh my manager been driving it that’s why the mileage is higher I’m like I don’t care that’s not the same vehicle. But being honest we weren’t in a good position he also had the paperwork that goes to the original vehicle in was showing us as if that’s the correct one that goes to the high mileage vehicle but a course he was so desperate to sale a vehicle he didn’t care.they ran our credit so many times that we had paperwork still coming to our house after the fact. The vehicle was 27k with 92k miles which ally picked up the contract in we have another 14k add for interest I sat down in thought about everything and I called the finance manager fry only thing he kept saying is oh I don’t know anything but the sales man does he can tell you more about why he sold you the wrong vehicle I’ll have him call you never did him and the sales man MW are some crooks and one thing I know karma is real and being dishonest or don’t care how you do others for a dollar always comes back to bite.

This business is a complete train wreck. I feel it is always possible to get ripped off in any car business/dealership. But the way this company does business, they have 0 care in the world about their customers and their customer's well being. They have a manager who is the rudest boy I ever met in my entire life. I asked to speak with the general manager and was not able to get any contact information on him. They hung up in my face when trying to get an issue resolved. Not only that but after all the chaos, my salesman had the audacity to contact me and nearly beg me to give them a good review so the company itself can receive an extra $200 and he himself can get an extra $100 based on my review after being treated like crap. I am a young 27 year old woman who feel I was preyed upon and got over on. This company made bank off of my trade in to give me trash. I am terribly unhappy, I am distraught, and I am completely in disbelief of my experience here. I will never forget the way I was treated, and how much money I am out of due to crooks. I pray this place receive every bit of Karma coming to them.
