This company claiming to auction repossessed vehicles came to the attention of the BBB in April 2022 when inquiries about this company were received. Consumers reported that they had bid on a vehicle being auctioned and had won the vehicle for an amount significantly under market value. The invoice they subsequently received had no serial number, title info, etc. When consumers asked for more info from the company, they were told additional info would be provided once payment had been received. When the company was pressed for more information, the company’s representative says the order will be cancelled and terminates the call.
BBB also called the “local office” of this company and when the caller identified herself as a BBB staff member, the call was terminated by the business.
The company was then asked by mail to provide the following:
Verification of their corporate filing in Arkansas
Copy of a sample invoice sent to a “successful auction bidder”
The company’s “authorized repossession lenders” they reference on their website
Copy of the warranty agreement referenced on their websiteThat mail was subsequently returned to the BBB marked “undeliverable”
