I ordered swimsuits 12/5/24, it is now 1/24/25 and have not received the merchandise. Modlily will not issue me a refund until I return the items. I have not received the items, so how am I supposed to do that. I am on a fixed income and Modlily wants ME to reach out to the shipping company. I have tried with no succeess. Please help me get a refund. I feel as though this is fraudulent, and a form of elder abuse.Initial Complaint

Good morning i had placed an order with this company on January 4th and received a shipment notification the following day. The problem i am having is this was not shipped just a label was created. When i reach out to track my items i purchased it states clearly they are waiting on item to ship. I have called and asked for status as this was to be delivered already and they claim its in transit but the tracking doesn't not reflect this. I have asked several times to provide me proof of the item being shipped or to cancel this order. I have called and spoken to people and was told the same thing over and over that my item has shipped. I have also emailed and get the same response. i have attached the shipping notification, receipt for my items as well as the email chain. I just want this order canceled they wont be out merchandise as they shipping vendor hasn't received anything to ship. I have asked over and over to cancel this order. When i have gone into the website of this company in the help section it states if you haven't received you items in 2 months you can contact them for a full refund. This was not disclosed at time of my order it stated a shipping date of when i would receive my order. Not two months. I will not need these items as i am leaving for my trip and will get replacements locally. i believe this to be deceptive advertising stating one thing and clearly doing another. Please note i have shipping insurance on this item so it shouldn't take much to just cancel this due to they haven't actually shipped my items. USPS has also verified this has not shipped. On December 3, 2024, I ordered 4 tops from Modlily on their website. I received one of the 4 tops on 12/11/24 but have yet to receive the other 3 tops in my order. My inquires have been responded to with answers that provide no information and repeat the previous responses. I have requested a refund with no valid response. It seems that there are a lot of their customers with the same issue. Of course, like an idiot, I ordered based on a Facebook ad that mentioned a co-worker's name. It is January 12, 2024 and I am certain that I was scammed out of my money.Initial Complaint

I purchased a swimsuit online with Modlily Nov. 25 2024. They sent then item out the first time 11/26/24 then through tracking I tracked my purchase. It was returned back the sender 12/12/24. U contacted Modlily and they checked the my address which was correct and they then resent my purchase. I tracked package again just to find out it was also returned back to sender. When I contacted Modlily again I was told that they were going to resend item, I explained to them that I would just have my money back instead of purchased item. They told me they couldn’t do that so they would resend item. I explained that I just wanted a refund for my money. They are now not responding to any of my emails or messages. 5/18/2024 $54.34 I placed an order the money was taken out of my account, I never received my order, I contacted them and they assured me they were a responsible company and they insisted in providing online services to customers.Contact them they will solve problems as quickly and effectively as possible. I sent multiple emails and told them I had not received my order just refund my money, they offered to resend the order so I gave them the second chance. The order still wasn't received even though it showed it was delivered. I demanded a refund and they offered me 70% of my refund because they suffered a huge loss, I told them NO I demand 100% of my money back. I have got nothing from them. I have had 30% $16.30 refunded to my bank account on 8/26/24 of the $54.34 they owe me. I have attached ALL my communication in this document.Initial Complaint

I ordered bathing suits from Modlily a month and a half ago in July 2024, the size was too small I returned it unwound and with tags like originally was sent to me, they said they gave me back my refund and they never did, I’m trying to communicate by live chat because they can’t provide me with a phone number, and unfortunately it’s going back and forth, without a resolution, it looks like a scam to me and also they’re not interested to refund me back. On July 28, 2024, I paid $71.96 paid for 2 items. Only one item was received. Modlily’s website states that one of the items is “out of stock”. They gave me only a partial refund of $22.99, when I paid $36.19 & refuse to explain why they’re withholding the balance of the refund in the amount of $13.20. In attempting to get my money back, I’m getting nothing but stall tactics; nobody will tell me why I didn’t receive a full refund on the “out of stock” item. And today I received an email from them stating that because one item wasn’t shipped, they charged me a shipping fee of $10.99; they didn’t have my consent; I’d have canceled the order. They didn’t advise in advance that I’d have a shipping fee, they processed the order anyway. I I’d have had no intention of paying $11 for shipping. I’ve requested a return label so that I can return the received item; I expect a full refund of $48.97.Initial Complaint

Transaction date June 16, 2024. June 17,2024 took 89.07 out of my **** ***** ****** **** . For 3 tops. They were all wrong size. Contacted company and they say they have no order from me and no such email. I said how do I have 3 of your blouses and u have my 89.07. They say they will look into it and email me and have never. I ordered on Facebook I have no order number. I have the package they came in. I have pictures of package and the billing from chase I can send them but they won’t give me a place to send them. I ordered two bathing suits from Modlily. They arrived today Monday July 15. I tried them on and the fit was wrong. I contacted them via text and they told me “We regret to inform you your Oder has been successfully delivered for 30 days.” I just received it today.!!!!!
