Ordered 3 Covers 2 months ago. Received one right away. Received the 2nd about a month later when I bugged them about it. At Almost month 2 I checked in and they said 3rd was still unavailable. Asked for a cancelation and refund on the remaining product, including tax amount and shipping cost for the 3rd item. I was refunded only the amount for the 3rd hat and tax applied to it. I asked them about the difference in shipping fee, they said it would be the same 3rd hat or not. Yet when I went to their website to price the exact same items, If I only ordered the products I received shipping would be $10.95. If I ordered all 3 of the items it would be $12.95 in shipping. $12.95 was what I paid in shipping, They still owe me $2 for not shipping the 3rd item. Do not recommend business with a company dishonest as they are. Brings a disgrace to Marine Corps Values, Honor, Courage and Commitment.

We received your email at 7:49pm on the 19th. Unfortunately, we were closed during this time and did not receive your email until the 20th. We reviewed your email at 1:53pm at this time our customer service agent responded to let you know that the cap was still on backorder and at this time we didn't have an ETA of when the cap would be back in stock. At 3:11pm you requested a refund for said cap and by 4:40pm the refund was completed back to your credit card of $15.90. The reason why you are seeing a different shipping charge is because our rate fluctuates from time to time due to the shipping demands. Three months ago, the shipping rates where $12.95. Now after the new year they have gone down but here in a month or so they could change. They could be different next week. I don't really understand your statement of us being dishonest as we thrive to give the best customer service we can. I hope this explains your concerns and we look forward to helping you again in the near future. Please reach out if we can do anything else at all.
