Took SXS there to have transmission replaced. Picked it up 10 months later with no work done and a promise of a full refund. Now the owner won’t give me a refund and told me it needs to go to court.Review from Grant B

Took my side by side there and long story short after them having it for months I had to threaten to get small claims court involved before he would communicate reliably. Went and picked up my side by side to find that the work he claimed was done was not, and the part that he had told me arrived two weeks prior was nowhere to be found. He’ll respond to all negative reviews with overly-polite responses but he’s just trying to hide the fact that he’s a liar and incompetent mechanic.

My 16 year old carefully shopped around being time sensitive to getting his bike fixed chose Troublemakers Motorsports to fix his 2006 Yamaha yz85. It needed the top end replaced and we brought a brand new one with us, per Sam's request in July 2023. The owner requested that we must pay in full, not just the initial payment to order parts, like he originally told us to get the bike inside the shop, which was almost 2K on a $250 part, (that we provided brand new mind you, but my son had the money saved and wanted his bike fixed quickly and being told if we pay in full it will speed up the progress. so we paid in full August 2, 2023. The bike was supposed to take 3 months max to repair with a one year warranty. Today is June 26, 2024.. almost one YEAR later, and we still do not have the bike repaired and have only heard back a handful of times Keith excuses as to why it is still not repaired and running and/or postponing delivery. Now he refuses to refund our money and give the bike back. We cannot even come see the progress and every time we call or text they ignore us. I cannot comment on the quality of work since it has not been done yet, but the communication and punctuality of this business should not even get 1 star. Just beware and I will update this review if we ever do get the bike back or the repairs completed. Do not go to this business!Review from Megan B

the absolute worst business and dishonest group of humans who claim to run a business. they kept my cabo lance for 13 months. They told us lie, after lie, after lie, told us she was running and they kept giving us excuses so we drove to the business and up the same dirt road we did when dropping her off. They actually called the sherriff's dept and said I would now be trespassing. They promised a full refund on the review I made originally, That was 3 months ago. We spent 2000.00 and now she is more damaged than she was when we dropped her off.
