  The complaint that I had with Jiffy Lube was not only did a 57yr old disable woman trying to find out what's wrong with her vehicle so she can get it fixed be reaped off but also my life be put in danger by the damage God In Heaven know was Jiffy Lube responsibility and they would not admit they did it but I have proof it was done by them. Also after they did the damage they kept me there from 830a.m until 8:00p.m because they knew they was responsible for it and told me they was going to fix it but didn't.

  On Saturday, September 7, 20241 called Jiffy Lube (***** ** ****** ****** Little Rock, AR 72212 **** ********) at 8:00 am that morning to see if they did inspections to vehicles to see what was going wrong with my car after the trouble I was having already with my transmission and now the starting.
  

  The gentlemen I talked with let me know they did and told me that I could bring my car in so it could be checked and I made it to Jiffy Lube about 8:30 that morning.  Finally the guy came and brought me the diagnoses.  He let me know that I need a Starter Replacement and a Transmission Control Solenoid that was the problem with my transmission. He told me that they would replace them both for $140.00 each and it would be cheaper and faster if I would get the parts myself instead of them having to order them there.  I had to go to Conway, AR to Superior Chrysler Dodge Jeep (**** ******** **** Conway, AR 72032 (************* to pick up the Transmission Control Solenoid paid $204 for it and Auto Zone ***** **** ***** North Little Rock, AR) to pick up the Starter paid $243.08. When we took the parts back to Jiffy Lube they told me that it would be about two or more hours before there would be done so I told them I was going with *** **** treating her to lunch for taking me to get my parts. We was gone serval hours and when we got back the gentlemen pulled my car out. After he stopped I heard something very wrong and I ask him could I test drive the car. He said yes and got in with me to test it. When we got on the Interstate my car begin to shake so hard something I never felt it do and it still wasn't changing gears properly. It scared me so and I ask him what was going on. Because on my life and in Our God name my car didn't ever drive like that. Also the transmission wasn't working properly but it had no reason to shake like it was doing and why. All he could tell me was when he put the starter on he had to take off the driver side front tire and maybe the studs on the tire was not on there.  They waited a while and then came to me and told me two of my studs on my tires was broken off and it was a dangerous thing because the tire could just come off the vehicle and cause a dangerous accident. Then after a while they took me in and showed me where the rods under my driver side tire was completely broken and they didn't take it off cause it couldn't come off. I ask them what happen because I know I didn't drive from my home all the way to Jiffy Lube on ****** ****** with my tire in that condition it would have been to dangerous. On my first estimate it didn't show anything about something wrong with my tire and they had inspected the entire car (I was told all that happen is when they drove my car in they shop, they didn't line it up properly with there lift and when they brought my car up on the lift it broke the rods).

  First the guy told me he took that tire off to put the starter on and now his trying to tell me he didn't touch it I then knew something was very wrong.

  ******* **** said if anyone need to talk with her she will be willing to do so. I told them just give me my car because they had did something very wrong to my front end for it to be shaking like that and hadn't fixed anything they said they would cause the transmission was still not changing gears. They then told me if I was going to get my car I would have to pay them $612.50 and I ask them why because my car wasn't fixed. They told me that was the only way that I could get my car if I paid that amount when I had the stimate they had gave me in the beginning. I called the police so I could get my vehicle when the police came they told me the only way I could get my car is if I paid them that amount. I was very hurt and confused about what was going on because there is no way I would have stayed there for them to fix my car from 8:30 a.m. to 7:oo p.m. knowing I didn't have the money to pay God knows no way. I had to call my sister to bring me $600 dollars because I was first going to pay the $240 on my credit card and the police waited for her to get there. I went out brought the parts and paid Jiffy Lube for nothing they did to fix my vehicle. I pray me being a 57yr old disable woman that knows nothing about repairing cars. Just went to a business where I thought they would be about to take care of that and get reaped off for my money and no help. But I also pray I will find someone here in Little Rock to help me get my money back for the local business that made this happen Please. My vehicle has been at ****** ****** *** **** *** ***** ** ********** ****** ***** ** ***** ************** since September 18, 2024 for the same repair that was to be done by Jiffy Lube on Saturday September 7th. I need someone in Little Rock, AR to help me with this cruel, disrespectful, deadly, and depressing situation. Also after I talk to people about what happened they all let me know that they never knew of Jiffy Lube doing such work on vehicles anyway. Please Help
