            These solar panels were supposed to be turned on for us in 2022. I was forced to make payments on them in 2022 despite the labels not being turned on. Fast forward to August 2023, and they finally get turned on after a multiple of issues, yet I had to consistently make payments of $180 every month from 2022, to August 2024 for a service I was not receiving. I paid over $20,000 for a service I was not receiving, while also paying full price electric bills each month, ranging from $100-$350 a month. The woman who is helping me has told me to talk to Energy and I have talk so many times to Entergy and they said my net metering was not hooked up. Arrowhead Solar said they would put the panels on my garage next door to my house and the solar energy would run through the Entergy lines back to my house, this has not happened. I had paperwork sign by ******* so this would happen and returned it to Arrowhead Solar and it is still not working. Now today, I receive a full price electric bill because the panels are on, but they are not connected to Energy back to my house. I am paying full price for the loan of these ridiculously priced solar panels and full price for my electric bills. This is the worse decision I've ever made as an adult, and I want my money back and I want them off my house. I have been in contact with women and now it's hard to reach her for help, I told her what Entergy said about this process was not something they could do, she said she would contact Entergy and she has not called me back, I need them to fix my problems or return my money I have invested and come and get the panels off my garage. I need answers to my problems.Thanks in advance **** *****, ******, ** *****

            We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your purchase.  In reviewing our note's it looks like you are not set up for net metering on your utility billing.  Our customer service *** advised calling the utility company to get set up for net metering.  We have researched and checked and have been unable able to find an issue with the panels or production.

            Don't use this company they can't even follow proper procedures for warranty on products they install. I have talked to the manufacturer of the components and all of the issues fall back on the incompetence of arrowhead not doing there job

            Please don't buy Solar from this company. They put panels on my house and took them 15 mo to install. When instalation was completed my roof started leaking and they won't repair the damage. I have tried contacting them multiple time but still no answer. Please don't buy from this group save the headache.

            Do not use Arrowhead Solar.It took over a year and 6 visits to finally get the panels installed correctly and approved by the inspector and electric company. I made numerous complaints that the panels were not generating the correct power that we were promised, but know one listened. Another year later, they said there was a software error that was not fixed. I am supposed to be generating 21 Kwh of electricity, I rarely generate 10. There are 57 panels on my roof, only half seem to be working. Now my roof was damaged in a storm, and they want $42,000 to take the panels down and put them up again after the roof is replaced. They missed two appointments to get them removed and I lost two vacation days waiting for them. Know one called me to tell me they weren't going make it the second time. It took 4 phone calls to finally get someone to call me back and let me know they weren't coming. When they finally showed up, the manager on site demanded more then the agreed upon price before he would even start the removal. He called the owner and 15 minutes later agreed to remove the panels once I gave him the check I already had written out. They are rude, they don't return phone calls, and they don't back the system they install.

            Horrible customer service don't expect a call back from these people and please do your research about these solar panels it's a scam and the solar tax credit is a unfulfilled promise also, your warranty will be non-existent because they'll never call you back to fix your problem

            We just had our solar put on the house. Winter was at its worst, so the kind girl called to reschedule and they came out on a very cold day. We warmed them up with hot chocolate and they kept on going. It looks great on our house. I recommend them highly!!

            Company was very easy to deal with. Arrowhead helped fix the panels on my roof. I didnt get solar from them originally, they are good people with good understanding of solar

            Our panels were put on our house and the look great!!. The women who scheduled our installation was very kind. The workers showed up on time and finished by the end of the day. We are very pleased with our decision to go solar.

            Arrowhead helped my Solar get installed quickly. The state took there Time passing the inspections. ********* was my project manager. She did a really good job communicating with my wife and I.

            We typically do not put out post like this but we do NOT recommend Arrowhead Solar Company. The solar panels were put up on the roof on October 19, 20 and 23. The new electric box finally went in on December 1 and our heating company had to come out and fix the wiring for the heater because the electrician for Arrowhead crossed the wires and is now saying that she did not cross no wires but Action Air from Collinsville can verify this was the case. Now we are still waiting on inspections so that the solar panels can be turned on. *** has been on the phone all week getting the run around and still no solar system working. I am so ready to blow a fuse on someone. I guarantee that no payments will be made for at least 90 days after the panels are on and working. This is getting ridiculous.
