I am really impressed with the windows themselves. I can already tell a difference with the room temperature and they make the house look great! The staff are all very professional and friendly. Everything is a 10. I was thrilled with everything they did. They handled their business quickly. There was a mistake with one window, but they replaced and fixed it as soon as possible. They cleaned up after themselves, and everything seems good. It was worth a lot, and I have nothing negative to say at all.Windows USA LLC Response

They were very knowledgeable, quick, and clean. I had no problems. They were courteous. I had had some work done previously to my mother's house, that is why I actually got them. I saw them when they were putting windows in my mother's house about 6 months ago.Windows USA LLC Response

In August 2024, I was referred by my cousin to Windows USA. A representative contacted me about setting up a presentation for the following week. During the presentation, I was told that I would receive a $100 check for every referral I give, that a sales representative was able to visit. I gave 5 referrals & 2 of them agreed to a sales representative come to their homes & show them the presentation. A sales representative visited them within the next 2 weeks. I never received a check from the company & I have called multiple times but I have been getting the run around. No one will tell me anything. This is very unprofessional.Windows USA LLC Response

The service was excellent. I sent in 2 more recommendations and sent pictures to my friends. Im very pleased. I think Windows USA did a great job. The workmen cleaned up and did everything that they said they would. They removed the furniture and took the curtains down as well. I like the gift card referral system. I was very pleased and satisfied; I got good customer service. The men were professional. It was raining, and they continued to work and got it done in one day. It was a blessing. I was very pleased the company stood behind what they said. They have been following up on as they said they would. I got a surprise at the end; they gave me a hurricane cover for the windows. I was elated because it was something we really wanted. I liked how they changed the framing on the inside as well.Windows USA LLC Response
