    December 1 went inside bought a mattress and boxspring set a delivery date and time and the time and day of delivery I got a phone call telling me they didn't have what I bought anymore that just would have to wait another day the next day they never came with my purchase called they told me someone would call me back it's been hours no call no show they took my money and I don't know where my stuff is????

    July 2, 2024 I purchased a leather loveseat from Furnishings4Less. August 16, 2024 I went to the store and told salesperson (male) that there is a defect in the construction of the arm rest on the sofa. He asked me to send him a photo to his cell phone. I sent him the photo and he responded "that picture is perfect. Thank you so much." On August 19, 2024 I had not heard anything, so I texted the salesperson to ask if I would be getting a replacement since there is a warrant on the workmanship. He said he would check with store owner/manager for an update. I did not hear anything from the store so I called again on August 21, 2024. I was again told they would check and give me a call. they never called. They sent two men to my home to inspect the loveseat and take video or photo. They backed into my driveway as tho they were going to make a delivery. I asked the men if the had brought a replacement. I was told they had not. I called the store after the men had left and told the person the men had come and gone and that i had even offered the use of a flashlight so they could see the defect better. I called again August 22, and again August 28th, 2024. The last time I called I told them that after the men they sent had left, we turned the loveseat facing the wall, covered it and have not used it since. I purchased this piece of furniture for my son, who is an Army Veteran with Parkinsons. He has been having pain in his hip. I thought maybe the worn out chair he was sitting in was possibly causing the pain, so I purchased the loveseat for him. He is using the worn out chair again, until this issue is resolved.

    Hello,

    I spoke with this customer myself regarding the loveseat. I assured her that this matter is going to be taken care of. 

    Our team was sent out for an onsite inspection and more detailed photos for the manufacturer. 

    As I told the customer, these loveseats are built to order by the manufacturer. The replacement can take up to 8 weeks to arrive.

    At this point, we ask for patience as we wait for the replacement to arrive.

    On 8 February 2022 I placed an order in the amount of $2,358.99 for a Ridgemont Cherry Bedroom Set and King Bamboo Mattress for Ms. ******** *******. The order number on file is #*****. Upon delivery of the bedroom set from Furishings4Less there were damages made to the walls, a subpar bedroom set setup, and a broken mirror. F4L told me that they would refund me for the broken mirror and setup fee but I was only refunded for the setup fee in the amount of $149.00 and inquired about receiving a replacement mirror. I am active duty military so shortly after I reported these issues to F4L I deployed and wasn’t in contact with F4L which explains the gaps in email traffic attached but I did tell them to contact Ms. ******* directly to settle the case. Upon my redeployment it was discovered that there had been no action to get a replacement mirror sent to Ms. *******. I have spoken with multiple representatives, sent follow up emails, and still have not received assistance to resolve this issue with a replacement mirror as this is what the company committed to me that I would receive and have not. The last I was told is that the pictures were received and my email so they can get the replacement mirror shipped and yet I still have not received any correspondence from F4L. I’ve tried calling again last month and also sent another follow up email this month and still no response.

    I am rejecting this response because: The response says they have taken care of this customer but I am not sure what that means. I have not received a call or email correspondence in regards to this matter being resolved and whether or not another mirror has been or will be shipped.

    This issue has been resolved directly with the customer. The replacement mirror shows delivered via UPS tracking information and the inside delivery and setup refund was issued.

     

    Since filing the complaint, this customer has not reached back out to our confirmation emails.
