We purchased a vehicle, cost being $18,000. The dealer falsely sold this vehicle knowing there was front end damage that was not disclosed. It hasn't even been 30 days, the engine keeps overheating, headlight doesn't work and the hood does not close properly. I have emailed, text and called with zero response. I will now be getting an attorney.

I am uncertain about the buyer's interpretation of the term "falsely sold," as they have willingly signed all the necessary documents to finalize the purchase. Regarding potential repairs the vehicle MIGHT require, we are willing to assess any issues that fall under the Buyer's Guide Warranty, as agreed upon in writing by the customer. However, the customer has not brought the vehicle to us for inspection to determine if the identified issues are covered by the warranty. Instead, we have consistently received threats of legal action.

After numerous contacts to *****,and emails to the business since 1/21/24 with zero response,we still don't even have a copy of the paperwork. We have obtained legal counsel and have had a 120 point inspection done. It's not "falsely" selling a car. The vehicle was sold knowing there was front end damage that they tried to repair and failed to disclose it. Our attorney will be contacting you from here on out. Thank you.

Traveled from ********* to purchase vehicle. Was told via text and in person that if there were any issues with vehicle when I get it back home, it would be taken care of as long as it was within 30 days.I took my car to ***** who did an initial assessment. This cost *****. I was told that Wii Auto has an account with ********* where everything can be done. I took my car to my local ********* in Green ****** because I was told that would be fine. I later came to find out that there was no account and the repairs that need to be completed would not be covered. I was charged another ***** for another assessment. The manager's reply to this was "I was given false information". The manager keeps saying that they shouldn't have to pay for anything but I was sold a car with a bald tire and bad alignment. I've been told different things by different people and different managers even when I have texts showing what I was promised.

Wii Auto Sales offers a 30 Day Warranty to all customers that is only good at Wii Auto Sales location. The warranty offered by Wii Auto Sales is 50/50 parts and labor that is good for the first 30 days. On this particular car, the car went through safety and inspection and the inspection was above the safety guidelines when it came to ALL the tires.

I purchased a used vehicle with Wii Auto Sales on May 4,22. The vehicle had a tire warning on the dash board, I was told that the tire needed air. The next morning I woke up with my tire flat. I took the tire to Discount Tire. After inspection of the tire they found that the tire was unrepairable because it had a hole. They inspected the other three tires and found that I needed to replace two tires total because it wasn't safe to drive on. I called Wii Auto and spoke with **** the ******* manager. I was told to speak with him because he was the one who handles Wii *******s. **** advised me to bring in the receipt when I bring my car in for the "I owe you" items they needed to fix, they were waiting for parts to come in before I can drop off my car. Also, I started noticing oil on my drive way where I park my car. On 05/20/22, I took the car to ***************** and they found that the car has a *********** Cooler Leakage" est. cost $757.12. On 05/26/22, I was leaving work and my car wouldn't start. I called Wii Auto Sales from my work parking lot and spoke with "***". He said they were about to close but to tow the car to them first thing in the morning. On May 27,22, I called a tow company and had my car towed to Wii Auto Sales, at that time I showed them my tire receipt, I explained to them that my car has a oil leak and that I still needed my "I owe you" items fix. *** said they will look at everything but they will need the car for a week. On 06/03/22 I retrieved my vehicle. 06/04 I spoke with my sales person "******" and told him the leak was not fix and I did not get reimburse for my 2 tire. On 06/16/22 I spoke with **** ******* manger and Owner of Wii Auto Sales, they both said "No, for reimbursement tires" my car still has 1 item left not fix from "I owe you", still leak, tires. Lastly, I rec'd a call from ************ west that Wii Auto has not paid off my trade in vehicle. I called Wii Auto, spoke with ***. Per ***, they will issue a check tonight to the
