    They sent the wrong part. I contacted them via email, because no one ever answers the phone. I received one email back asking for my VIN and never heard from them again. That was a month ago. I will now dispute the charge on my Credit Card. I would NEVER recommend Mopar Wholesale Parts to anyone.

    looking over this order.4.29 is our email to the customer saying it going to take 5-10 days to get the customer a good eta on arrival to ********* from the customer.....what is going on with my return/exchange.no other emails or communication as we can find. so 5.31 we reached out to the customer by email and calling.

    I ordered 2 roof moldings for ************ fault I ordered the wrong size, I emailed them right away and they said no problem just return them so I did , never opened them, they ignored my next 8 emails, never got a refund no response whatsoever just flat out ignored me, *** spent a lot of money here and this is my 1st issue but it will also be my last, from now on Ill just buy from the dealer and pay the extra for when i need oem.

    i do see where you did return the incorrect items purchased and your refund was processed on 1.9.24 back to the card used for the original purchase. we are always here to help and sorry for the inconvenience. you should have received an email saying your refund was processed. not sure how long it takes to get the funds in your bank. it would help us if you would have provided tracking so we could have tracked it to make sure it made it to the correct department. thank you and sorry for the issues.

    This website and company are thieves! They have you verify your vehicle vin number on their website then "GUARANTEE" the part will fit or a full refund the refuse to refund the item after they require it to be sent back first so not only you are out the part but shipping twice. This company is a joke and are ripping people off!

    ****** there was NO vin provided on this order. there is a box at check out that you the customer checks saying that you the customer knows that no vin was provided. with that being said if the customer DOESNOT get rude with us immediately we will work with you the customer. its called communication we are only here to help. NOW in your case NO VIN provided and the part was retuned in a zip lock plastic bag NOT ORIGINAL packaging of course we are not going to refund that.

    I was sent a RF hub to replace the one in my grand cherokee. I did not mind waiting the 1.5 weeks for them to get the part and then mail it to me. The part sent was not fully assembled. The dealership pointed this out at my service visit. Two phone calls and several email later, no reply. This was shipped as a bad part, that never should have left the factory.
