Refund and Exchange Policy

Full NEW systems carry  a one ( 1 ) year warranty  from date of purchase. USED systems carry  a (90) day warranty  from date of purchase. After first year all newly purchased components needing service and or replacement will be covered under the products respective manufactures'  warranty. Any used or refurbished part (Unless Otherwise stated) carries  a (90) day warranty  from date of purchase. Any full system with broken warranty seals will not be serviced under warranty coverage(s) and will be charged current labor rate for any services and or repairs performed at which time the seals will be replaced provided system(s) pass all diagnostics testing. Components will stay under respective manufactures warranty. If seals are broken and no service is required, the labor warranty may be reinstated after
inspection and customer will be charged current labor rate.

ORIGINAL invoice and warranty contract is required for all warranty service. This includes both parts and labor. PARTS WILL NOT BE REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY WITHOUT A RECEIPT OF PURCHASE AND WITHOUT BEING TESTED. All systems will be checked in for service regardless of problem(s). All systems are worked on in the order in which they are received. Any parts purchased from Arizona Onsite Computer Services will be installed into a FULL SYSTEM free of charge for the lifetime of the system from the date of purchase provided all above conditions are met. Parts purchased elsewhere will be installed at the current labor rate and warranty seals will be replaced. Parts purchased elsewhere to be installed into a FULL SYSTEM will be charged current labor rate.

Any parts damaged due to user negligence WILL NOT BE COVERED THROUGH Arizona Onsite Computer Services
BY ANY WARRANTY. Problems related to software are not covered under any warranty. Arizona Onsite Computer Services does not guarantee OS and software compatibility. Any system checked in for hardware problem(s) and diagnosed to as software related problems will be charged the current labor rate for diagnostics. Maintaining
software configuration is not the responsibility of Arizona Onsite Computer Services or their
respective technicians.

All defective parts will be replaced with like items. No upgrades or changes will be offered without fair market charge(s).
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR AND DAMAGE ,LOST ITEMS OR LOSS OF DATA WHILE
SERVICING ANY SYSTEM WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE SUCCESS OF DATA TRANSFER OR DATA RECOVERY. A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WILL BE CHARGED FOR THESE SERVICES UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE, AT ANY TIME FOR ANY
REASON.

ANY AND ALL PARTS RETURNED MUST HAVE APPLICABLE DOCUMENTATION, DRIVERS
AND ACCESSORIES. A 10% RESTOCKING FEE MAY APPLY FOR SOME PARTS.

PRINTERS AND SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS WILL BE SERVICED THROUGH THEIR
RESPECTIVE MANUFACTURER ONLY.
