Finally at 65 years old, I found a dealership I could trust. I would recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a 2019 ************** from this dealer and should have known better than continuing with the deal when the side steps setting had been adjusted to off and we asked for this to be adjusted and ***** the sales manager said read the manual. When my husband told ***** thats his job and he needed to do it ***** said then dont buy the car and stormed off. We had already gotten through the loan and had the check and I did not want to go through this again so we chose to just deal with side steps, another employee came out and fixed the settings for us. I drove the vehicle 200 miles and had a clinking noise (cam phasers) on cold start, and then a check engine popped and the hatch switch completely stopped working, which they claimed to have replaced. They also did not change the oil during recon. When the dealer was called ***** told my husband too bad you bought a used vehicle we will not do anything. This company does not stand behind vehicles, and has the worst customer service of any dealer I have ever dealt with. Do not buy from this dealership, Jones Ford Buckeye.

Bought a car from Jones Ford Buckeye and the fuel injectors stuck after one month ruining the cylinders. Was told by two garages that the engine needs to be replaced. Contacted the person who sold me the can and said nothing can be done. Called the sales department twice, told they would get back to me. Never called me back. This dealer sells bad cars and does not stand behind them.

In August 2024, I saw a 2004 **** F250 6.0 diesel 4x4 for sale at Jones **** in Buckeye. I test drove it and knew it would need some steering/suspension work. I asked them what work they had done on it after it had been traded in and they said they installed new brakes and changed the oil. I also asked if I could take it to a diesel shop and have it inspected. I was told I could not as they were worried the shop MAY damage it while doing their inspection. I then asked if their service department could at least raise it up so I could better inspect the underneath. They did that and everything looked okay, so I ended up purchasing it.13 days and 636 miles later it just stopped running while I was driving down the freeway. I had it towed to a shop and was quoted $8,200 for work to bring it up to a reliable state. I then had it towed back to Jones **** and was quoted $3,500 for replacing 2 injectors, EGR kit, and valve sensors to get it running. Needless to say, I was feeling frustrated. If I had purchased the truck from a private-party it would be buyer beware and my loss. Coming from a dealership I would think the truck would be in good shape and they would at least make things right (repairs to get it running). The kicker to all of this is that through research, I was able to identify the previous owner and found out he had traded the truck in to Jones **** in Buckeye and was given $5,000 on trade in. He stated that he specifically told the sales person that it had been dying on him and that was why he was trading it in. I feel that Jones **** knew about the issues with the truck and sold it to me anyway hoping that it would make it 15 days or 500 miles (to void the Lemon Law)which it did. Jones **** was wrong in the fact that the previous owner told them that it was dying on him, yet they did nothing to fix the problem, and put it on the lot for me to buy.

Not happy with the service department. I purchased a 2014 F-150 in 2022, first time going through emissions it failed for the reason of "not ready for emissions". Took it to the dealership and they said it was fixed and gave me the paperwork showing that it passed emissions. Jump to 2024 and emissions time again. Same error as previous about not being ready for emissions. Take it back to the dealership, they had my truck for 2 days and it still won't pass emissions, plus I was charged $170+ for the "work" that was done. Nothing was done if the problem still remains. Just want a vehicle that will be able to pass emissions and be able to get the tags.

Bought vehicle online--never went to the lot. I went buy the pictures and what the salesperson told me, he said it was a nice vehicle. They delivered it to me and we signed the paperwork at my house. The car is GREAT and their salespeople are GREAT.

Over the last 20 years bought 5 vehicles from Jones Ford Buckeye. Great quick car buying experience. Then to get a specific car I wanted we bought from another **** dealer and it was a horrible experience. Recently came back to Jones **** and bought my 6th vehicle from them and forgot how easy of a process car buying can be. Will NEVER buy from another dealer again.
