    Took my vehicle inn to have it checked, was told it needed a new engine . After months sitting their was told my claim was denied by my insurance and have to pay out of pocket for the tear down they did to my vehicle .. the numbers that were told to me were 15 hours of labor at a lil over 55$ an hour..Then later ended up being 18 hours of labor at 176$ an hour. All they did was take it apart .. and they hit me with a check of over ***** dollars ..So I went in to pay them and I asked for a brief explanation of what I was paying for because it seemed a lil high and noticed their numbers kept changing but couldn't explain why . So I spoke to a supervisor by the name of **** who treated me very awfull and rude told me " that it wasn't her fault I had bought a bad broken down car that didn't work " said I had to pay her and that now it was gonna be at the highest rate and that she was gonna put a hold on my vehicle and beging a daily storage fee untill I paid her" . Told me to go ahead and get my lawyers that shell be waiting ...I grabbed my phone to check the time and she got worked up and said"" I don't care if your recording because it's not gonna stand up in court because you didn't get my permission to record this conversation"! I left and now I'm looking for a lawyer with out a vehicle not knowing how to go about any of this . As is I had allready took out a loan just to pay to get my car .I went in good faith and just because I wanted to understand what I was paying for I can now say that's the worst way I have ever been treated in my life...

    They didnt offer a solution to an issue with the bank. Kept my down payment and left me on foot and without money to buy another car they claim to be family and faith based but family not God would ever leave a single struggling mom in the dust!

    My car had a code so we brought it in to the Casa ************* I told them I would wait to see what was wrong. I sat there for over an hour being able to visibly see my car sitting in the parking lot and my service advisor ****** never came out to me. It took my going to complain for him to come and tell me what they had found. Apparently a staff meeting was more important than their customer. I then left with the promise it would be ready the following day. Never received a phone call so I had to call the next day. It was ready so I picked it up, only to find coolant leaking all over the driveway the next morning. They told me to have it towed in(on them). I never received a call from them to either let me know it had arrived by tow truck or if their tech had looked at it yet. Left a voicemail and a text without any response from ******. Again I had to call to find out the car was done (a pinched O-ring). I will never step foot in a Jerry Seiner again, this was one of the worst dealership experiences of my life.

    I regret ever taking my truck to this dealer to be fixed. However it was the closest dealer near me so I had no choice at the time. To begin with they set me an appointment at 8 am on a Tuesday morning. My truck had already been towed to the dealer on Monday. To make along story short, I was getting conflicting information from the dealer. As of today my truck is still there, since March 28 th unrepaired, waiting for parts while I am having to pay out of pocket for a rental car. They do not have loaner cars at the lot. I was told they where 2 weeks behind and short staffed after the fact. You do not make appointments knowing you are this behind. You communicate this up front and allow the customer the option to take their vehicle elsewhere. This is costing your customers money they should not be having to spend. I was being told things where wrong with my truck and that they where awaiting an inspector from my warranty company to come look at my truck before the final parts list can be submitted. come to find out my truck had not even been in the garage, it had been sitting, and no contact was made from the dealer to my warranty company for 6 days, while I was being told otherwise. I ask to speak to the service manager and was told he was in a meeting that he would be asked to call me. It has not happened. I feel like I am getting the run around. April 12th is the last correspondence I have had from the dealer. The entire process has been nothing but a headache for me and costing me out the a** money I do not have. So i am waiting for 10 more days, according to them, for used parts. This has been nothing but a nightmare for me.
