By far the WORST PL**E TO GET A CAR. First car they gave me the alternator went out 15 minutes after I left the parking lot. Car shut off on me while I was driving with my 4 kids under 7 in the car , doors wouldnt unlock and the ** was off . Took almost 15 minutes to finally get out . Then they traded it and gave me another car and the ** is messed up. Took 2 weeks to fix it and then when I got my car back from getting fixed the heater stopped working and my speakers all messed up from them taking the dash board out , when I mentioned about them fixing my speakers since they messed it up, they said they couldnt do anything for that cause its not under warranty yet they were the ones that messed it up. While they were fixing my car I would call every other day for an update and everytime I would talk to ***** the manager she never had an answer to any of my questions. It would always be I dont know or Im not sure , then 10 minutes later someone else would call me a give me a detailed message about my car. They also wouldnt even help me out and let me use a car knowing that was my only vehicle I have and yet they were one the one still making mistakes while they were fixing my vehicle. If you want to buy a car that barely works and has a lot of problems this is DEFINITELY the place to go. If I knew how bad this place was from the customer service to the service ********************** , I wouldve NEVER traded my car here.Review from corey m

I was a employee at Premier auto center they closed the store down on October 31 we were given a five day notice of the store closing some of us found out through a piece of paper which did not even address us be our legal name. They shorted our checks and they didnt pay our sick time or pto that we earned. They treated us as we were not of any value to the company and they are not answering any calls sad case. ***** says yes but no to the ones help building the company!!! Beware when you bring your vehicle here!! ***** is the service manager and has terrible customer service and oversight. We brought our Mistibishi here as it was still under warranty. They advised us they needed to replace the transmission. Three months later, we drove the car to Washington, where the car broke down, pulling into a mechanic shop. Low and behold, they pointed out that there was transmission fluid sprayed all under the vehicle and it had a crack in the transmission. They called to verify it was a new transmission, and they swore it was. Long story short, this "new" transmission had been jb welded after they cracked it during installation. The other Mistibish mechanic in Oregon realized they put too long of a bolt in, which cracked the case when they installed it. They would've noticed it and tried to cover it up using the *************. They blantently covered up their error. We decided to call ***** after finding out this information. She took zero accountability, was unfazed by this and kept saying it was a Mistibish problem, not hers.Review from Amber G

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! I bought a vehicle there 17 months ago and within days of buying it it started stalling out when I was driving, the Ac has been going out along with noises and other problems. To this day the issue has NOT been fixed and has gotten worst. This vehicle was sold to me broken!! Its dangerous for my children to even ride in the vehicle but unfortunately its the only one I have. They tell me they dont know whats wrong and to take it elsewhere. *** tried getting out of my loan and my down payment back so that I could put my family in a reliable vehicle but Premier refused. *** filed a complaint with the BBB as well as the ************************ with 52 documents of proof of my broken vehicle and Premier doesnt respond. *** reached out to the owner ***********************, *** at the Casa Grande location as well as the auto department managers and have been ignored by them all!! *** started reaching out to the new stations to put my story out there and make people aware of this nightmare Im living because of Premier!! Please stay clear of them!! They sell broken vehicles and dont care what happens to the people they sell to. They also dont care about their reputation.. all they want is money!!! They are the WORST!!!! At one point theyre auto department guy told me I should have never been sold this vehicle in the condition its in!! That says so much about that company that their own people would say that!! DONT buy from them!!!Premier Auto Center Response

Sorry she feels that way. We have given her a free loaner car, drove it to *** dealers for them to try and fix. We even picked it up and dropped it off from work. This is a **** issue. Not a Premier Auto issue. She has put *****k miles on it since purchase. It worked fine until that happened. She really needs to contact **** Motor Company at this pointReview from Josh S

I purchased a 2017 ******* Sonata hybrid on 5/1/2023 from the location on *************, in ******* **. on June 9th 2023 the car went into "limp mode" due to a HEV system issue. The car was towed of to be checked out. during this time frame I tried to reach a manager from the location on *************, and not one time did I speak with a manager. I have left messages, voicemails and called back more than one time. The car was returned to me on June 14th with a water pump being replaced that cost me $200. On June 29th the car had the same issue HEV system putting the car into "limp mode". I had the car towed once again and I have been trying to contact any manager at this point which I have yet to speak with a manager about this issue. While dealing with the maintenance shop I am also having issues with getting any kind of update on what the deal is with the car. I have also called left voice mails with no call backs. When I finally did get someone from the shop I was informed that the car had the same issue while on a test drive and the car was sent to a different that deals with hybrid issues. This was on July 6th and I still have not heard anything back and today is July 13th. I have called for a manager yet again and still no call back to help with this issue. I have been documenting all calls and communication with them and there are more calls not replied to vs calls returned by the company. I have been forced to ride my motorcycle this whole time and with the temperatures being over 110 is unbearable. I also have been forced to use other services to deliver my groceries to my house which I do not have the money for that. This has been a massive inconvenience to my daily life as well my financial stability.Review from Chaniele W

I purchased a 2019 ***** Malibu on Saturday May 21st **** was very helpful he did everything to get me in that car took home the car there's a big dent on the passengers side with a long scratch **** straight to the front of the car there's a scratch on the driver's side of the car there's a crack in the windscreen it's not very big but it's there the car was dirty extremely dirty and my husband cleaned up the car he found all of these things wrong with it the very next day I called ***************** so let him know what was going on he says okay bring the car in on Monday and we'll take a look at it but the car was not damaged we have pictures so when I took the car back on Monday he says oh my boss says he will fix it but we just don't have a rental right now I don't have a rental it's my only car I was in a rental for three weeks before I got that car the rental kind of took a lot out of my finances so I went and I got the car the car has some kind of mechanical issue it has a knocking sound inside of the hood also spoke about that and still I have no resolution no help what's that ever the car is overpriced it's damaged and they sold me a damaged car knowing that okay it's more than $11,000 worth of damage to the car and the car itself is $32,000 pay off I think that's unfair I think it's ridiculous I would like somebody to do something about this this cannot keep going on life is too hard and these companies are throwing their business together to rob poor people I am one of the poorest ones I cannot afford this I needed to make money and without a without it my business is going to sink I'm just coming out of the whole trying to make it on my own and these people crippled my foot I really like help something has to be done please and thank you
