We prepared for the worst and got the best. We have never done any kind of remodeling to our house before and ****** made it an absolutely pleasant experience. We had several other contractors come out to our house and give us a bid, but nobody jumped in and asked the questions as ****** did. He gave us several options explained to us and showed us several options to possibly lay out our kitchen make it more livable and enjoyable. Every single tradesman that came into our house was very respectful and pleasant. We asked ****** an approximate time of completion and he told us just a little over a month. They finished it 3 weeks Wednesday to Wednesday. Best experience ever, we will be doing more in the future and this will be our company.Review from Marilyn T

The salesperson was very good and offered me many selections. I later changed my mind twice and he handled everything very professionally. The man who came to measure was another true professional; extremely accurate, also friendly. And the installers also were friendly and professional. I love my quartz countertop very much! I highly recommend Diamond Granite and Stone.Review from Steve B.

I would strongly suggest that you avoid Diamond Granite and Remolding at all cost. My experience with Diamond Granite and, ***********************, the owner was an unmitigated disaster from start to finish. For example:Inordinate wait for product preparation and installation. When the product finally arrived on installation day the measurements were way off - nothing fit. Either the laser measurements, fabrication, of both, were way off.The installers were still in my house at 9:00 PM on installation day attempting to make the prefabricated pieces fit.the bar quartz top was so bad measurement wise that it had to be returned to their shop and completely remade. The excuse was that they were supplied the wrong sink template. Disgraceful and total lack of attention to detail. It took ten days for them to return and complete the installation. Countless ****** Granite and Quartz kitchen countertop ads guarantee tear out and complete installation in one day.I was without a kitchen for the entire ten day period. They installed particle board on top of my cabinets after the old granite countertops were removed which was thick to the point that it is now exposed under the lip of the newly installed quartz countertops. Disastrous preplanning on Diamond's part which resulted in a very poor outcome that will have to be addressed with exposed moldings. Zero attention to detail again. My original sinks were porcelain over cast. They were replaced with synthetic sinks in the new quartz. A step down for sure. ****************** response is that the synthetic sinks have a lifetime warranty which I was never supplied with in writing and I wouldn't trust his word at this point with all that has transpired to date. The oversize bar sink that was installed didn't take into consideration the outside the cabinet garbage disposal switch which is now hanging exposed on the side of the bar cabinets. It will have to be moved to another safe location and I'm still left wCustomer Response

It will have to be moved to another safe location and I'm still left with the hole in the cabinet that the switch used to occupy. Again, disastrous preplanning and complete lack of attention to detail.I notified **************, in writing, that he was, under no circumstances, to charge my credit card with the remaining cost due until he and I agreed, in writing, what reasonable compensation would be for the corrections that still need to be made (exposed particle board, re-locating the electric and making provisions for the hole in my bar cabinets) along with the inordinate delay completing what was no more than a one day job and me being without a kitchen for *************************************************************************************************** writing, not to.. - It was my mistake to not take the time read the inordinate amount of one star ratings and blistering critiques Diamond Granite and Remolding and ************** have garnered over time. If I had, I would have been duly forewarned and avoided the grief I experienced employing Diamond Granite and Remolding and **************. My advice would be to read Diamond's and ****************** ratings and critiques very carefully. You will quickly see little attention to detail and preplanning on their part along with the complete disregard for customer satisfaction.Diamond Granite & Remodeling Response

Customer here is very satisfied with the product installed (I have the text messages to prove it). He unfortunately threatened that if I dont pay him $2000 he will blast me online (I have that text message to prove as well). There was a mistake with his bar sink template. We took the piece back to the shop and redid it for him. We delivered the sinks he chose and signed for so dont know where the sink issue is coming from. He gave us, in writing, authorization to charge the card. After the job was done he texted me not to run his card because he wanted the $2000 credit for a five star review and if not he will one star review me everywhere online. I have this all in texts. Its shameful that customers like this would blast a company that did everything possible to correct an issue and customer to be very happy with the end result but decided to blast us online because we didnt pay him what he wanted. **************** you should be ashamed of yourself.Customer Response

Allow me to address each of ****************** comments:I am, indeed, satisfied with the "quartz product installed" now that the disastrous (and I mean "disastrous") process that he fails to mention is "finally" completed. He conveniently leaves the "process" part unmentioned.I know for a fact that ************* has made adjustments in the contract price for many other clients who have experienced similar problems with Diamond Granite and Remolding. I encourage you to read the abundance of his one star ratings and blistering critiques. You will note that his response is almost patented in each case. It's always the consumer's fault - end of discussion. Can that many clients be wrong? Dubei and Diamond Granite and Remolding botched my quartz installation from day one resulting in ten days without a kitchen and an unmitigated mess that he never once addressed in the form of an apology. He's arrogant, condescending and a terrible business man in my estimation. Yes, I'm the one who suggested that a $2,000. adjustment downward from the contract price would be suitable to me. For that I would hire a local handyman to finish the project (moldings needed to cover his particle board mistake, necessary re-routing of electric due to his miscalculations, covering cabinet holes created by his poor planning and measurements. Also, compensation for 10 days without a kitchen and the interim mess he created.I conveyed, in writing, that I would give him a 5 star rating with the statement - "satisfied with the final product" period (which is all I could honestly say) if we could mutually agree to a satisfactory settlement. If not, then he would get his well deserved one star rating with "the truth to be told" relative his disastrous performance along the way. Again, I have no argument with the finished product, just the horrible process getting there.I specifically, in writing, directed ************** to NOT charge my MasterCard the final amount due until he and I agreed, in writing, to a reasonable adjustment to compensate for all of his mismanagement and mistakes that I have precisely identified. He defied my directive and unauthorized charged my MasterCard after he was specifically, in writing, told not ********* learned on my end. I will carefully read customer's reviews in the future. You'll quickly see if given the time and conviction that ************** and Diamond Granite and Remolding richly deserve their abundance of one star ratings and negative critiques.I encourage you to avoid them at all cost.Review from Hector M B

********************* gave us a quote that is affordable, with granite countertop and backflash, the cost is just the same with other Company with granite Countertop only with kitchen sink excluded. The installer were really nice, except that when they installed a new dishwasher, they left the old dishwasher, where I paid $150.00 for that dishwasher installed, ********************* is a nice guy though.Review from Elizabeth M
