            In early 2023, Mr. ********************** was given all of our 2022 tax related documents in order to process our tax return. He has processed our tax return for the last few years.Last year he filed an extension and did not inform us until the day before Tax Day which was surprising.On April 16, 2023, Mr. ********************** informed us our 2022 income tax return was 'in good shape' and once I made the 2022 SEP contribution for my LLC business, he would file the return.I made the SEP contribution on July 18, 2023 and informed Mr. ********************** he could move forward with processing the return.I have still not received an email response and today is August 10, 2023. Attempts to call Mr. **********************'s business line fail as his work phone has been disconnected. Attempts to call his cell phone fail as his mail box is full.He responded via text on July 19th saying he would email me, but still hasn't. I have texted 7 times since then.He responded via text today, August 10, saying he would call me 'later this morning' but at this point I do not trust that will happen.We are very concerned and do not have proof that our 2022 return has been filed or if he actually did file an extension. Given his work number has been disconnected, we feel there could be serious issues with his business.We just want to get our 2022 tax 'packet' from him so that he no longer has all of that personal info and we can seek assistance elsewhere.I also have calls into the ******** COC as he appears to be registered there, but I haven't spoken to anyone there as of yet.
