    We order a picture, July 2022, it didn't work, so returned per their instructions. They have received the picture, confirmed by shipping provider. To date have not received refund. Have sent emails and the number provided ************ - all you get is a message unable to take your call. Have left message no response.Seems from the other complaints, same issues have happened.

    After following directions to return an item to the address in ******* as their website stated I later find out that the information was outdated and it could not be delivered. The courier called me and asked where to forward. I told them the Odessa address in ******* after Their vague reply to me was that location hasnt been active in months were no longer there as if I should have known better? So after a few slow email responses on Feb 2nd I received a reply that the package had still not arrived. I already had a screenshot of the prof that it arrived on January 24th! They flat out lied to me holding on to my return and not refunding my money. I feel like Ive been taken for a ride because Ive been so patient and no one responds to my emails after I have proof that they have the returned canvas. After sending the returned canvas I was acting in good faith that I will receive my refund as I had already ordered a bigger more expensive canvas from this company the same day I returned the package. This company is very dishonest regarding their return policy especially being so crafty to update their page after I informed them that if it wasnt for their website I wouldve never sent it to that address and they changed the address as if it had been like that the whole time without even sending me an email or a phone number to contact someone for them to at least explain that they apologize for the mixup they caused and do whatever it takes to make sure that I am at ease as I did pay for shipping on my own to have the canvas returned. They are even so clever that they sign for the return under signature on filethat way no one ever has to answer for who actually received the package its unbelievable. I just simply want what their website states that they will find refund you when they receive back the product. theyve had the product for 2 1/2 months now can I please get my money back?
