    We sent an iPhone 12 Pro *** to BuyBackBoss to sell for cash. I received the following on 5/5/22 from *********************************** :Hi *******,Order ****** has delivered to our office!You can expect your order to be processed within the next 5-7 business days. On 5/6/22 I was contacted via email by ********************************* stating Your order total is $425 + your $35 bonus code! Would you like me to go ahead and process your order for payment? Later the same day I received the following from ***** at Buyback Boss ********************************* I know we were were trying to increase your offer, but unfortunately due to these cracks the device actually falls under our "Damaged" category where our current offer is $164 plus the $16 bonus. I'm sorry about that. If you'd like, I can also offer to get this sent back to you free of charge. Furthermore, the phone was in mint condition and the screen definitely was not damaged they sent pictures of an iPhone with a damaged phone screen and it is definitely not my phone- I also wrapped the phone in bubble wrap to prevent an damage to it-they appear to be running a scheme where they send pictures of damaged phones in order to reduce the payout or they are replacing hood parts with bad parts. The company is a scam is praying on innocent people- they are essentially stealing. They should be shut down immediately and no one should do business with them. Lucky we have an attorney and plan on starting a class action lawsuit after further consultation. They are unethical, dishonest thieves.

    First off, I can assure you that we are not running any scheme, scam, or unethical practice of any kind and have no interest to do so. Heres a breakdown of the order events:


    You received an initial testing results email and responded by asking for an increase in your offer. Our team member received your email and took a second look at your device, however during the second look small cracks on the screen and back glass were found. Our initial testing team member did not catch these small cracks. Because of the cracks, we needed to correct the value of the device to the Damaged category and communicated that offer to you along with sending a video & photos of the device. The cracked front and back glass is the condition we received your order in. While its not ideal to let you know we missed cracks on our initial evaluation, we believe in offering fair prices for all orders and needed to update the order and information with you. Apologies again on the missed cracks on our end. At this point we also offered getting the device sent back free of charge.


    Understandably this news was frustrating and you preferred to have your order sent back free of charge. The cracks were small enough that it is very possible it went unnoticed while in use. We further verified the device was the one you had sent in by confirming the unique identifier with your carrier. After we sent your order back free of charge, you reported the package arrived open and empty and we have emailed you about this personally.

    I shipped & sold my used XR iPhone to Buyback Boss and $****** was what I was to receive for my phone. The transaction was via **** on 04/05/2022 this is the the Tracking Number: **************************. **** Tracking confirmed it was delivered on Monday 04/11/2022 to *****,** ***** which is the same address on the Prepaid Label they sent. I have emailed them numerous times with no reply. I would like to be paid the &****** that I agreed on.
