I bought a bed set from this company, but when they delivered, the mattress was the wrong one & I called in, and told me theyll replace the mattress, the mattress was used & not new and gave me the wrong one again, so I asked for a ************* told me they werent giving me a refund or my money back, so I already filed dispute with my bank, I told them they need to get their furniture *********** didnt want to take it backInitial Complaint

They sent me an approval for $4,800. I went the following day to pick out furniture. I told *** I did not have enough $ in my account that day to make a purchase. So he Cash App me $50 to make the purchase. He handed me a tiny tablet that I could not read. And I explained that to him that it was to tiny and I could not read what he was asking to me sign. *** said oh its no problem trust me just initial and sign. I explained Im on ** and can only make monthly payments over a 2 year period he said oh ya thats no problem. My ticket receipt shows $3,900. The furniture was delivered the following evening. For 2 weeks I was unable to get into my online account thru them and called several times asking to have access to it that I needed to read it he contract. It wasnt until the first payment was due that I was able to gain access. The account says $9,520 balance remaining. I never agreed to that. Im on ** I would never afford $9,000 anything. Nor is the furniture worth that. I called store several more times asking them to come get their merchandise per contact says it can be returned and I no longer responsible for any future payments only what is outstanding or due now. They refuse to come get it. And now Im stuck with it and not only in debt but my credit is screwedInitial Complaint

I purchased a console table delivered to me on 10/7/24 . It wasn't delivered to me until 10:20 pm that night which was after hours. It wasn't covered or protected by anything and It was very dirty. Then I learned that it was bought to me straight from off the floor from the furniture store. When called to speak with the salesman that had sold it to me . He didn't deny that the console table had came straight from off the furniture floor. I was charged a $100.00 dollars delivery fee because it was supposed to have been delivered new from their warehouse in ********. Instead it was delivered to me from their Tempe location which I leave directly across the street from where it was delivered from. Then I was charged for a $50.00 setup fee which was nothing to be set up because it came from off the floor. He told me that I would be compensated $100.00 dollars for the inconveniences. Right to this day still haven't gotten my money. The sign says in the window states you only have to put a $1.00 down, which is not true. its more. They won't return your calls or come to the phone when you call them. and when they do . It's one excuse after the next. I spoke with someone who had looked me up in their system and told me that i was supposed to have gotten some lamps from the last November which I never did. which makes me think that someone has gotten something off of my account. When I question it. They hung the phone up in my face. when called back no one will pick up the phone I've tried calling back numerous times and no one will answer. I financed a television, couch and dining room set from this company. I was verbally told there would be no finance charges from them, but they neglected to tell me that there were other finance companies involved that would. It was never explained to me when signing the paperwork. I hand delivered a letter of rescission before midnight of the 7th day, as per Arizona statute number 32.2197.03. They have refused to acknowledge this letter, and have declined my return of their property.Initial Complaint

on 10.13.2023, My husband, *************************, purchased a couch from Furniture Mattress Discounters. The couch has a 5 year warranty. Within the 1st 2 months, the couch was broken. *** reached out to the company. *** reached out to the ******** location 2/8/2024 about the couch purchased being of poor quality and we want to return it. Since owning the couch it has become very wobbly likely due its construction and one of the recliner has broken and no longer works. I was told to send pictures of the couch. I also mentioned in the phone call I purchased the warranty.We sent the pictures, etc with no responses from company. I reached out again 3/25 and was told to text photos as if this wasn't already addressed. They are not standing by the warranty and I need help making this right.Initial Complaint

I was approved for a *************-free option through ****** that the store offered. A few days after I called the store & spoke with ***, the salesman. He informs me that he can get the order put together over the phone and he will email me with the contract to sign. I received the contract which would be $1899 financed with payments of $264/month I signed it because I was planning to pay it off with my tax return anyways. He informs me that it would be same day/next day delivery. After the order was complete I stop receiving any update from **** That evening I text him asking if the order was delivering tonight or tomorrow & he says tomorrow. The next day I call the store at 10:30 in the morning to get an ETA on delivery, & a lady answers the phone and says let me ask my manager she put me on hold, comes back & says your delivery has 2 stops ahead and that was that. I was patient & gave it until 2:30 where I finally called and spoke to someone who said my delivery was up next and should get a call in about 30 minutes. I never received a call. After many calls and getting no answers, I called at 6pm and requested the order to be cancelled because of the horrible customer service. at ****** I get a call from the logistics truck telling me theyll be at my house by 8:30. I told them I had already cancelled the ************ said ok and that was it. Shortly after *** calls me & tries to reason with me and says hes the manager and he will do whatever he can, but I still declined because he was being sketchy and saying things like youre going to have a difficult time getting out of this contract after being firm with him on cancelling, the truck shows up at 8pm trying to deliver and tells me the manager told us to show up anyways because youll have to pay a restock fee ever since this happened they have avoided me, *** has been dismissive & he and his reps told me my order was cancelled, I called okinus and they informed me it was never cancelled.Initial Complaint

These people are liars who will do anything to try and get you to buy from them them they refuse to give you a refund and never ones do they go over there policys they lied to me about purchasing an entire bedroom set and then ones fully paid told me I only purchased the bed frame and a dresser for $1500 which before purchasing he assured me included the mattress ones I was going to pick it up he tried tell me it did not include the mattress and then he refused to give me a refund I told him I was not paying $1500 for 2 things which is an insane amount of money for just the bed frame he kicked me out of his store and now I cant even get the things I purchased either all I want is a full refund since I didnt even leave the store with anything he is false advertising and lying straight to peoples faces he doesnt care about anyone all he cares about is money I wish I would of read all the other horrible reviews about how hes tried to scam other people he also tried to change the tags and say that his tags say mattress not included even though I got a picture of the tag the day I went which does not say mattress not included which is why I asked if the mattress was included and he assured me it was until it was time to pick up what I had purchased which was when he told me it wasnt included I dont even know how this business is still running
