    Do not use this company. I was a customer for 20 years and was happy until recently when they were not willing to come at my scheduled time and wouldnt call me to let me know. When I fired them I went to pick up my house key and the man I spoke -*****-got belligerent with me because I was trying to explain why I was stopping service and I cut him off. He used profanity (the * word). I asked him not to use profanity, that it was unprofessional. His response was Ill speak however I want. I said I was going to be speaking to his manager and he said he was the manager. (Red flag, because if he is that says something about the company ) He gave me my key, saying heres your f-ing key. I said wow and he said yeah, my mom is proud of ***** not sure whats going on with this business- maybe it changed hands at some point, because the staff used to be pleasant. The manager scared me, he is not nice. Id give a zero star but wasnt allowed, hence 1 star.

    Terrible service and even worse management and ownership. We hired them for a move out cleaning service as we bought and were hoping to get our deposit back on our rental. They were aware that it was a move out as well as the size of the property when hired. The scope of the work included walls, blinds and cabinets. They claimed to have 2 people there for a combined 13 hours charging us over $800. When we arrived the next day to inspect we were mortified. They merely wiped down our kitchen counters (no fridge, no micro, no stove, no cabinets) and cleaned our 3 bathrooms (all of which had just had the toilet replaced and were brand new requiring no cleaning). None of the walls or blinds were cleaned, nor were any of the bedrooms even touched. Since we were turning in the keys the next day we were forced to reclean the entire place ourselves while they took our money. We attempted to contact the owner to no avail so we contacted management. Shortly after we received an email from the owner reprimanding us for going above his head and not giving them a reasonable number for a refund. Its pretty simple, if I hire you to do a service and you do not complete the service than you do not get paid, thats how business works. Completely unprofessional and a scam artist, ********************* needs some ethics classes before he runs his company into the ground. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID!!

While we are committed to delivering excellent results, there are limitations to what can be achieved in a single session.
