****! Called ** and was transferred to Geek Studio. Told me that I had malware on my system and removed my current malware program. Then told me I was infected with malware and a trojan. They installed LogmeIn, Logmein Rescue and Teamviewer. They told me that they were installing network protection and a firewall on my router (they didnt). Total charge was $800. Reported as Fraud

I thought I was calling Hewlett-Packard printer help. They told me right away they were a trusted partner of HP. They said we will get you a new printer and then gained control of my PC told me I had Trojan malware and started running all of this stuff on my computer. Thank goodness I shut it down in the middle of it And finally called Hewlett-Packard and they said they absolutely do not partner with this group. 100% a scam stay away!

I was hacked while under their services and had to pay the entire fee all over again to get ****** to fix the problems caused by the hacker. I still have deeply felt concerns.

BEWARE!!I had my computer hacked, including all emails with financial information ( bills, banking, etc) within a week of purchasing their protection. If they cant protect themselves from hackers, as they were adamant that it was not them, I truly dont believe that they can protect me. Additionally, they are NOT accredited by the BBB as stated repeatedly. It is also on the Geek Studio webpage. All a lie. I did receive a full refund, but only after many calls and emails and disputing the charge with my credit card company. I like to believe that I am pretty savvy about such things, but I was completely suckered in by these guys. Dont believe anything they tell you. Check it out for yourself.

They scammed me into thinking I had a Trojan virus and put software on my PC that allowed them to access it whenever they wanted. They also wrote there own review of themselves while in my pc.
