  As a patient of AZ Oral, I received services from them on May 31st that totaled close to $10,000. They said I had to pay a deposit a week before the service and the rest on the day of service which I did. They refused to take my insurance but said they would file my claim when my service was performed. So on or around June 7th, I called my insurance to check on the claim and nothing was submitted. So back and forth with AZ Oral and my insurance going on for a week, the claim still was not submitted. So I took my insurance form to AZ Oral and had them fill it out and mail it, fax it and email the form. Fast forward to June 27th and I call AZ Oral and told them the check for $3985.00 would be at their office in the next few days after talking to my insurance *** and ask AZ Oral how they were going to get me the $3985.00. They said they were going to cash the check and send me their check for that amount. Now it's July 20 and I still haven't received a check so I call AZ Oral and they said they haven't received the insurance check. So I call my insurance and they tell me the check was cashed on June 30th.Now it's July 28th and AZ Oral is still holding my money and makes up silly excuses why I can't have my money. This is where I stand right now and I hope publishing this does something as I don't know what to do at this point to get back the money that is rightfully mine. I believe AZ Oral is just trying to take advantage of a senior citizen. Please help.
