I took my car to their dealership and they broke my purge valve and did a few other things to my car while I was waiting for the car to come out of service. A few days later I started up the car and had the check engine light come on and found out it was my purge valve and the dealership wouldnt tell me what was wrong with the car? Had to go to greulics and pay $500 for a new purge valve. This dealership has people in the service center that destroy people's cars and then they don't say anything and the manager apologized for the issue. I don't think I can get reimbursed for $500 cost it costed me to fix the problem I will never take my car there ever again.

Earnhardt Ford is a scam. I wish I had looked them up on the BBB before scheduling a service appointment. Apparently they take advantage of college students...or maybe scam everyone with their fraudulent business practices. They kept my car for days after the appointment so it was "in the queue". I said, absolutely not, give it back. After 2 Ubers, I got the car and they gave me a $4,400 estimate to do "the service". I only had the car in for 2 safety recalls!!!This dealership should be sued to bankruptcy court. Stay away from these SHYSTERS!!!!

NEVER never buy a car here or have one serviced here!! We have a **** F-450 *************** home. **** issued a recall that said the fuel tank needed to be replaced or it could leak noxious fumes or leak gas out. I called to schedule service it and got redirected to the fleet manager. They first told me it didn't need to be serviced because it wasn't corroded yet ( not at all what the **** letter said). Next they told me the only way to get this recall work done was to leave it there for a minimum of 8 + weeks. I said can you call me when it is a few days away so it doesn't have to sit on your lot for 8+ weeks. He said no that it wouldn't be in the que unless it was there the whole time. I told him that was unreasonable and he said they don't take any regular private owners unless they have to and they give businesses and fleet owners 1st priority. I said that was unfair and that it should be by whomever was next on the list. He stressed they don't take appointments for regular people ( especially women I guess). I said that was outrageous and he hung up on me. I called the dealership manager and he called back 5 hours later. He took up for the fleet manager and said the same thing and was even ***** than the fleet manager. I have 3 **** trucks and I will NEVER set foot in this dealership again. They should loose their **** franchise license and be bannd from selling ****s. Is this how **** wa ts their vehicles represented. Hello Chevrolet or GMC. I hope the regional and National managers will be more responsive when I call them.
