  This business did not complete the job as they were contractually obligated (and did horrible work to boot that required hours of touchups-- and it's still not touched up completely and certainly not worth what I paid).Contractual Obligations Not Withheld by Company:-Do things right the first time -Patch drywall where needed (there are still several horribly filled or not even filled holes)-Clean surfaces prior to painting (the crew admitted to this when they told me they'd painted over a sticky substance left from the previous owners)-Scuff sand and smooth walls (there are horrible irregularities in the paint job because they did not scuff sand)-Fill in nail holes on baseboards (they came back to do this and did a horrible job and didn't paint over it-- the fill was pure white and the baseboards are Dover)Desired resolution is a partial refund in the amount it costs to do the above like I was promised.

  We were given 24 hours to respond to this complaint by BBB. We attempted to reach out to the customer in that time and did not receive a response. What we can say is that we went back to this customer's house to complete requested touch *** and the job was signed off as complete despite some misgivings about old paint that was from previous painters on the ceiling that we could do nothing about. We were not asked to correct any of the issues described in this complaint. If we had been, we would have. It may be that after this reply is written we will address these issues should the customer choose to respond.

  For the second time, CertaPro is claiming to have called me when they have not. I have not been contacted by CertaPro since Feb 23. I should not have to tell the business that they need to do what they were contracted to do. I wish to be compensated for the items detailed that they did not complete.
