Purchased the portable cold plunge in April 2024 and within a few days of receiving I have been trying to contact them by phone (no luck) and by email and have gotten limited emails. The chiller does not cool the plunge down to the advertised 37degF as the company details in their product information of this cold plunge. The only responses I have been getting from the company by email are that we are trying to get this resolved..just hang tightI have been hearing this for about 2months and nothing has happened. The chiller is faulty..notified them of the faulty product within a few days or less of turning the machine on

The process began November of 2021. This company contacted my father and sister about installing solar on their house. During the sales process the representative - ***************************, told them that if they bought a new roof through Sunhome Today (for $13,000) they would get the solar panels for free (which were actually $36,000) and have cheaper electric bills. My father is 87 years old, and my sister is 60 and they feel very taken advantage of - from this company. In actuality they were taking out a ***** (Home Equity Line Of Credit) for almost $50,ooo. With monthly payments being taken out of my dad's checking account. My dad and sister were never aware that they were taking out a ***** loan (buying the solar panels). This company was contacted numerous times to ask why my dad was paying for a system that was not operational. They promised at least 5 times to send dad a check reimbursing him for the money he was charged, and they refused to follow through with promised repayment. We also believe that this company is preying on the elderly - talking them into solar with lies about what they are actually signing up for. We would like to forewarn other consumers (esp. the elderly) about what a scam this company is carrying out. We will be filing other complaints against both the financial institution (Good Leap) and the solar instillation company (**********) after this one has been filed. Good Leap for accepting a 25-year loan for an 87-year-old man and Inty for breaking a locking gate when trying to fix the system and nobody was home plus refusing to come out and turn the system on for 5 months while my dad was being charged for the ***** loan.
