  I am a single person and money is limited i moved my stuff in the I ran behind my first payment because in a 3 week period I had to do brakes, tags, and insurance on my vehicle I went in on 2nd month to make 2 payments a week apart and I would be caught up but they refused my payment I tried when it was 387 my check was 300 they again refused my partial payment, there excuse is that once their computer rolls the month over they won't accept partial payment it was 587 now its over ********************************* the business of storage and I am single and even at 2 months behind they refused my payments a week apart and now its in auction status, in my opinion because they refused my payment 3 times I consider them in the stealing business not storage business

  Our first priority with every customer who is in a delinquent status is to come to a resolution to resolve the outstanding balance. The customer's account went late on October 12th, 2023 after given a 6 day grace ******* We made every attempt to collect payment with regular notices and attempts to contact the customer. It wasn't until ******* (over a 100 days late) that the account was processed for auction. We apologize that lack of payment resulted in a lien sale however, all required lien law steps were followed.
