            On Oct 10 2023 I had meineke **** North *******, ******************* replace my rear end seals and brakes.On my way back to ********* I discovered the rear end leaking bad. I contacted the meineke they told me to take it to the nearest meineke 120 miles away. I told them I was sure the rear end was out of fluid were they going to cover any additional damage 9Of course not) So meineke informed me the have a tow policy they pay for the first mile and I pay for the other 119 at a dollar mile. Of course thats nor reinbursable either. After 7 days of being stranded I had the nearest repair ******** it. It cost me$950 but it least it got fixed right. The owner of the shop brought me in to inform me the forgot to torque the axle nuts. Meineke DID NOT pay for the tow the rental the parts the labor not one F+++ing dime811

            We tried to satisfy **************, Our warranty is within the Meineke network. When ************** brought it to my attention that there was not a Meineke close to his location I offered to pay the shop he was at our warranty rate out of my own pocket. The parts are covered by the vendor warranty and are sold in his location. ************** did not like my offer and used a bunch of vulgar words to let me know. Our shop has 24/7/365 recording, I offered to show ************** the footage of ************** torquing the axle nuts. Again ************** had choice words and declined my offer. We operate with integrity and want to please our customers, I feel bad for ************** failed seal. We tired resolve his issue, as you can tell he is a very angry person who does not conduct business in a professional manner. ************** screamed and yelled profanities at my employees (Phone lines are also recorded) at that point we shut down all verbal communication and directed him to corporate consumer care.
