S&R Roofing replaced the roof on my dad's house approximately five years ago. Dad recently entered assisted living and has been in the process of selling his house. There were a few areas that needed minor attention based upon a buyer's inspection report. When I contacted S&R regarding the report, the owner ******* St. Clair immediately sent someone to do the repairs. In addition, ******* told me the original warranty would transfer to the new buyer, and he would provide evidence for that to me in writing!I have been extremely pleased with the fast response and the professional manner in which everyone at S&R Roofing has interacted with me as I have been working through all the issues with helping an elderly parent.**** *.Review from Qiguang Z

I saw these guys install a neighbor's tile roof underlayment several years back and thought they did a lot of little extras with metal work and water channels. 2 years ago I called and **** helped me with some repairs and was fair. This last week I needed a re-roof, I got some bids, including one from S&*********** came out and took pictures of all the issues on my 29 year old roof and discussed how they would address it if I hired them. After getting bids I called and spoke to ******* at S&R, and he had a good price and a 15 year warranty and schedule availability to start soon. Better yet, the after sales support was awesome. The install took about 4 days, and the crew that arrived was polite and extremely hard working. **** and ***** stopped by repeatedly and checked on progress and spoke to me about progress and provided quality control over the crew on some issues that I would not have been aware of. At the end of the job, ******* came out with a drone and showed me some of the features of the new roof and how they had done the job. This is a good outfit. S&R Roofing replaced the underlayment and broken tiles on the roof of my twenty-two-year-old home. After ******* provided a reasonable quote with whom I scheduled for the roofing project, ***** arrived with five hard working and dedicated roofers along with a trailer for discarded materials. **** (Team ******** ****** ******** ***** and ****** appeared energetic and hardy throughout the process. It was apparent that these five crew members were knowledgeable and skilled in roofing and enjoyed their craft as they were never seen without a smile and on occasion while working, could be heard singing (on key)! During the process, **** arrived to verify materials and secured the delivery of additional supplies. The company owners, managers and work crew were on time, informative, hardworking, and invested in completing the detailed project. They were upbeat, friendly, and appeared to really care about the work they performed. The project included the replacement of plywood, metal drip edges, battens, rib valleys, roof jacks and weather block material. As I await my appointment to have the final inspection completed with ****, I could not be happier with selecting S&R Roofing to provide replacements that are in alignment with current roofing codes. They are rock star status roofers and the real deal!!Review from Tom M.

This company is fantastic. No sale pressure. Very upfront, personal. ******* showed up as promised. The BBB gives an A+. The team showed up daily between ***** AM. Throughout the day one of the gentlemen would walk the property to look for trash and inspect our pool for nails. They would end the day with a walk about as well as blowing down our property. Not only did they blow down the property, but they also cleaned up the street so that our neighbors and us did not end up with the trash blowing through the neighborhood. At one point ******* showed up with his drone to inspect and show us our roof. Very Cool! ****, his partner visited the job site daily, he answered our questions and check to see if any issues. Over the years we have dealt with contractors and this company has to be, by far the most consciences with regards to other people's property. We highly recommend them and wish them the best.S & R Roofing LLC Response
