DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Priority Pumping is the worst company I've dealt with in the last 30 years of doing business. They are wildly negligent and possibly just a straight up scam. I needed the ***** fields on my property redone. Priority Pumping said they could do this, but first I'd need to get a Soils Test done, which required $4,000 up front. It was supposed to be one hole drilled in my yard and then a soils test. They dug 5 holes in my yard, one of which hit an irrigation line and flooded my entire yard and caused over $600 worth of damage to my swimming pool. They then tell me that none of the 5 holes they dug are deep enough, so they can't perform the soils test. However, if I want to give them another $2,000, they can try a percolation test. The whole thing was starting to sound like a complete scam at this point, so I asked how much of my $4,000 they used up on digging holes. The manager **** told me they used up about half on labor. So I decided to just cut my losses and not proceed and I asked for the refund. After several weeks of delays, **** finally gets back to me and informs me that I have used up $3,500 of my initial $4,000 on labor and administrative fees, which was never mentioned before and certainly not part of the original cost. **** refused to provide any invoices or receipts to back this new cost up. So now I have lost $3,500 and never got anything that my money was originally supposed to be used for. This is the most unprofessional and almost certainly fraudulent company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH PRIORITY PUMPING.

I wanted to provide some context around ************************* review. Initially, **** hired us to replace a sewer line, which we completed to his satisfaction. Pleased with our work, he then asked us to help with additional work on his septic system, including a seepage pit and soil tests. Throughout the process, we made sure to keep **** informed and got his approval before moving forward with each step. Our team conducted several tests and excavations, including digging five holes to assess the feasibility of the seepage pit and, later, the ** Flow system. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen soil conditions, these options werent viable. We explained this to **** and presented alternative solutions with detailed costs. When **** decided not to proceed further, he requested a refund. Initially, we estimated that about half of the project funds were used, mainly for labor and tests. A detailed review showed that $3,500 had been spent on the work performed, which included digging, refilling, and administrative processes. These costs are standard and necessary for such projects, and we communicated this to *********** the spirit of customer satisfaction and goodwill, we issued a $500 refund, meaning we retained $3,500 for the substantial work completed. To clarify ***** allegations:Communication and Transparency: We clearly communicated all project stages and got Joels approval before proceeding. There was no deception involved.Charges and Costs: The charges were legitimate and necessary for the services rendered. Administrative fees are a standard part of any project and were included in the total project cost communicated to ****.Work Performed: Our efforts were essential in determining the infeasibility of the initial systems and exploring alternatives. The labor and expertise involved justified the costs incurred. Soil tests are performed to understand ground conditions, and if results were guaranteed, tests wouldnt be necessary. We understand ***** frustration with the unforeseen challenges and additional costs during the project. However, our team acted professionally, transparently, and in good faith throughout the process.Additionally, we have numerous correspondence records showing thorough communication with **** throughout the project, which began late last year. Despite our efforts to educate him on the process, **** resisted and now seems intent on expressing his frustration on every review site possible. Weve gone above and beyond to assist him, but because the soil didnt yield the results he wanted, hes attempting to place the blame on our company. Priority Pumping cannot change the soil or the limiting ground conditions at Joels home. We are a reputable community business and adhere to County guidelines for septic system permits.Thank you for your understanding.

Efficient. Timely. Had the tank pumped then added a riser. The riser was too high so one call and they came back and lowered it to ground level. I am pleased with their service. I have used this company for a few years now and am pleased.

I didnt realize I could love a septic company until we started using Priority Pumping. When you have a septic issue, it tends to be an emergency, and this company deserves major kudos for their responsiveness and professionalism, not to mention their incredibly fair pricing. ***** is unbelievably reliable, responding to emergency calls when she should be sleeping. ****** is a true pro and is so patient with his customers. If you need septic services in the Phoenix area, I cannot recommend any company more than Priority Pumping. Theyre just fantastic.
