Soooo, I was promised a system that would cover all my needs and it turned out to be nearly the same as I didnt have solar, summer bills are the same, now I just got a letter from US bankruptcy Court saying that Titan solar has filed for chapter 7, I wish they would answer the phone to let me know whos fixing the system next time it goes outReview from Lissette R

Zero stars. By far the worst experience we have ever had. Its been almost 4 years- and ** trying again to attempt some resolution. Every summer we go into a payment plan because of the extreme high bills. Still paying on last summer. Their design was so inaccurate that we not just have an extra payment with no savings. Multiple phone calls with ****- no resolutions. I requested they cover the cost for the extra panels it would take to cover our consumption. Of course not without us paying for them. Multiple emails. Phone calls. This company is all lies and fluff. Total sales scam. I also requested these panels be removed- they couldnt honor that either . I wish I wouldve thought to come on here sooner. Reading all the complaints I cant believe Im not alone in this. DO NOT go with this terrible, faulty company. Also- when we first had them installed- we had a whole row go out the first couple months. I will find a way to get our money back and be done with this terrible company.Review from Esther N

This company is trash. SCAM artists at their finest!Sales ************* came over and gave us a whole bunch of information, encouraged us to fill out an application so we could get the specific financing details but never explained we were locked in to anything. He even said you have time to think about it (since they have not paid for permits) and you can call and cancel if you change your mind. Found out later that he was trying to oversell us on panels and fed us lies. Ended up speaking with someone else in the retention department and he worked up a whole new design with less panels (still never approved any sort of design at this point). My husband and I felt like this was shady and we were trying to be taken advantage of so the NEXT DAY we called & declined to go forward. Found out today that they are trying to charge us $1000 to cancel.What are we canceling when we never agreed upon a design? *** told us doesn't matter what the other salesman said, you are in a contract. Huh?????Read the other reviews on ****** and yelp, this company is a scam. Shame on you for trying to take advantage of hard working people.Review from Sarah P

I've looked into a lot of solar companies and this was BY FAR THE BEST! They made the process simple and easy! The consultant was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and honest unlike the other 3 companies we met with. If you have a chance to go with this company I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND GOING WITH SENERGY! Don't make the mistake of choosing a solar company that has untrained reps that will do anything to make a buck! Go with a company that ACTUALLY CARES about the customer! Super happy with my system! Thanks again guys!

Senergy provided a knowledgeable professional who reviewed our home, maped out the solar system, explained how and what would be installed , and took care of the financing. The installation was on time despite COVID interference. They even came back a few days later to replace tiles that they had inadvertently broken during the install. I would never have noticed.The whole process was completely "no fuss and no muss". We have since seen a fairly significant reduction in our overall monthly energy **** which includes SRP and solar monthly payment **** which is now less than my normal SRP alone was.Senergy Solar Inc Response
