            I hired her back in August for bi-weekly house cleaning. Not only was she inconsistent with her scheduled dates and times but so was the cleaning. She also blamed her helper, ****, whenever we brought up a cleaning issue with her, insisting it wasnt her doing.Fast forward to 11/21 when she texted me telling me she was going to get evicted if she didnt pay the remainder of her rent. She was asking me for a favor to front her $700, aka pre-pay for SEVERAL cleaning sessions. Although her finances were not my problem and I hardly knew this woman, I felt bad since it was the holidays and would hate to know someone was getting kicked out of their home. I agreed to pre-pay for two cleaning sessions and sent her the money via Zelle.I texted her that following Sunday to confirm our cleaning appointment, since she hadnt texted me. She then proceeded to tell me that her car got repossessed and couldnt come. The excuses just kept coming every time I texted her. I finally got fed up and asked her for my money back. I realized she had no intentions of doing the jobs she was pre-paid to do. Thats also when she started telling me her bank account was frozen because of fraudulent activity and that she couldnt Zelle the funds back to me. She even told me to take it up with *****!

            Do not use this company. I contacted her for a move out clean and scheduled it for 11/28/23 at 230. She asked for a deposit because shes been having bad luck with people canceling last minute which I now find so ironic. She rescheduled 15 mins before the scheduled time because she was still on another job. Rescheduled to the following morning at 9am. She messaged me 45 mins prior saying she cant come because a previous clients check wouldnt go through and it would be 2 hours before the check cleared and she will come after its cleared. Told her we dont have time to wait so we will clean ourselves because the keys were needing to be turned in that day. She then said her bank was frozen for days and didnt have access to her money so thankfully we cleaned ourselves because she was never going to be able to make it. I asked why someone elses check affected her coming to my place she said because she needed gas money. I gave her a deposit that should have gone towards gas money needed to get there. She told me ***** disenrolled her because she used it too many times and that she could do PayPal so I made a PayPal account. Then said she hasnt had time to send it. Then said shes been busy getting a new vehicle because her car got repossessed. She refuses to refund my deposit because she has to pay $400 a week for *************. Basically telling me she spent my deposit without preforming the services it was for and cant afford to pay it back to me. Its been 2 weeks and she still refuses. Telling me to go through my bank after she previously told me her bank told her a reversal was not possible because it was through Zelle. Zelle does not reverse payments. Theres also other reviews Ive found online of her business and shes done the same to other people, ask for a deposit, never do the service, and never refunds the money. She also tried to tell me its illegal to keep asking for MY money back

            I request cleaning service for 11/20 business owner confirmed through ******** business account. On 11/19 that would be there 11/20/23 around 1/2 pm mst. When reaching out after we spoke there was a miss understanding, and was rescheduled for 11/21 between 4 and 5 PM I had to reach out to business owner through the phone number that she gave me and she told me that a family member had passed away. I asked her if she would still be able to come. She pushed it off until November 22 between one and 2 PM at 2 PM mountain standard time I reached out to business owner and she now told me that her car was re-Poed I requested a refund through **** the way that I sent the full payment as requested and the documents I have attached in our conversation, she said, full payment had to be made before service was rendered She denied my refund several times in our conversation and would not get my refund back even as requested through **** through her form of payment.
